Today my guest is Kathryn Timpson. Kat Timpson is President of WCR North Central New Jersey and an award-winning Realtor and public speaker. In 2020, Kat pivoted to focus on real estate investments and commercial real estate so created a partnership in Coldwell Banker Realty to help with those properties and projects. That partnership: TLo Property Solutions is on track to do over $5 million in business in the first year. Kat is passionate about issues around diversity and inclusion. particularly for women. Recently, Kat has been speaking about the importance of women's financial literacy and the need for women's enhanced understanding of and participation in real estate as an asset class for investment. Kat has been seen in such national outlets as RentSpree and Authority Magazine as well as been the guest on several national podcasts including The Ambitious Woman, Capital Gains Tax Solutions Podcast and Self-Heal with Dr. Irene Cop. Kat has two grown children and lives in Summit NJ.
