In this episode I talk with local Real Estate agent Wayne Teudt. Wayne has 40 years of experience in the industry covering St Mary's, Erskine Park, St Clair and most areas around Western Sydney. So I thought it be a good idea to have him on to discuss what the market is like in Western Sydney during a year that has proven to be difficult to deal with globally. With how 2020 is going you would be right to think there would be a negative impact on the market. However, as you will hear from Wayne, it hasn't been as bad as what the media would make it out. Wayne breaks down everything from how the current changes affect property, the industry reaction to changes and tips for buyers and sellers during these uncertain times. If you have any questions please feel free to visit Wayne at Professionals Erskine Park. Shop 27, Erskine Park Shopping Centre, Cnr Swallow & Peppertree Drives, Erskine Park NSW 2759. Or contact him on 0412 462 672. He is more than willing to help. And follow me on social media by following the link: https://linktr.ee/elliottranson See you on the next episode.
Hard not to get excited as a Panthers supporter. Even though 2020 is a bit of a strange year there is definitely a 2003 feel to this season for the Panthers. In this episode I sit down with my friend, and Panthers tragic, Sean Buchanan to re-watch the 2003 grand final. Imo the best grand final ever played. We talk about the whole 2003 season and the NRL at that time while watching the Panthers beat the Rooster's. This is part 1. Hope you enjoy this as much as I enjoyed re-watching it. Had a great chat to Hayley and Samuel from the Facing it Podcast. We talk about where the idea started for their podcast, their own lived experience with mental ill-health, whats the reaction been to the podcast and plans they have for the podcast. I believe their podcast is a must to listen to. Especially as we start to have more open conversations on the subject of mental ill-health. The more we understand and know, the better equipped we will be to not only deal with mental ill-health for ourselves, but better be in a position to really help friends and family who may be dealing with mental ill-health. To find out everything that they are up to and how to listen and connect with them, you can go to their website www.facingitpodcast.com Not only will you find ways to listen to them and connect but you will also find some great information and links to help better educate yourself on the topic of mental ill-health. And you can click here to connect and follow on all my social media.
This is a little bit of audio from an interview I did with Paul and Melody earlier this year. Really great advice from the young couple. Advice I believe we can all use. click here to connect with me or comment on all my social media.
In 2004 I lost my biological father to suicide. He kept a lot of what he was going through bottled up inside. Never spoke to anyone. It came to a point where things got too much for him and the easiest thing, for him to do, was take his own life. So mental health is a very important subject for my family and I. In this episode of the podcast I talk to Luke Richards. Husband, father to 2 boys, ultra marathon swimmer and speaker about his journey from battling addiction/depression and the dark thoughts going through his head at the time to how he started reaching out for help and the support he received to getting to a better place in his life. He is very open and honest about his journey and uses his story to get the message out there. YOU ARE NOT ALONE! If you are finding life hard to deal with there is always support there for you. Luke mentioned Beyond Blue. Their website is beyondblue.org.au or contact them on 1300 22 4636. You can follow Luke and his journey on Facebook www.facebook.com/Swim4Recovery/ You can find me on all my social media by following the link https://linktr.ee/elliottranson See you on the next episode!

This is audio from my second ever interview with Cat. It is so relevant now given the current situation the word finds itself in. Cat's attitude in this short snippet of audio from our chat demonstrates how amazing and inspiring this women is. It doesn't matter what life throws at her, she will never use it as an excuse. And she isn't starting now given the current state of the world at the moment. Would really love if you could follow her on Facebook and support what she is doing. She is well worth the follow https://www.facebook.com/threereasonseverythinghasbeauty/
Spoke with Joe Vea on my podcast recently. Joe is a local from mt Druitt, in western Sydney and in this episode he shares his journey to where he is now. Joe is just like all of us, wanting to live life on our terms. So we discuss how he has gone about it. The ups and the downs. His life up until this point. He isn't where he wants to be but he is doing all he can to get there. And I believe if you do want to live life on your terms, then hard work and a bit of heartache is expected. As you will hear Joe has experienced both along the way. Follow the link to connect and leave a comment on social media. Would really appreciate it. https://linktr.ee/elliottranson
