Tara has a story that i'm sure sounds very familiar to a lot of mothers. you have a job that you enjoy, then you have kids and all of a sudden your faced with the decision of going back to work or staying with your little one.

For mothers this is a very hard choice. For Tara she had the added element of having Casey, her 2nd child, born with a rare chromosome deficiency. So for her the decision was quite easy.
