This week we geek out on Metabolic Flexibility. Or what we hope strikes you as a sensible life approach to diet and nutrition. In this episode, we geek out on inflammation looking at the importance of inflammation for human survival and activating training adaptations before exploring the darker side of inflammation.  Inflammation is considered as the underlying mechanism associated with illnesses such as type 2 diabetes, cancer, and neurodegenerative disease.  We then share a framework for measuring the level of systemic inflammation in your body with guidelines on how to normalize inflammation through what we hope are received as simple diet and lifestyle changes.
