I am really insecure to have conversation with people who are much more knowledgeable than me. I wish to speak to them but I seem like nothing. I don't know how to reach the same level as them, reach the wisdom they have about everything. when I talk to them, my voice does not come out and my voice shakes.

JD Vance did the "we can both agree that" in the vp debate. It completely deescalated the tension & humanized Mr. Waltz. It was incredible.

oh my gosh! I just recently found you through your guest appearance on the Mel Robbins podcast, and I've kind of been binging your segments on improving communication. this one was a godsend and wish I had heard it back in my early twenties. I'm 54 now, and still cry whenever my body tenses in a difficult situation, and it has been a source of embarrassment, until you have explained it to me. thank you! this was extremely liberating.

I need advice on how to handle a person in my life who is both supportive and kind, yet also bothersome and hurtful. While I appreciate their kindness, they often make me feel unworthy and humiliated by speaking to me in a negative way. I’m struggling to figure out how to deal with this situation, as I can’t ignore their kindness, but I also find it increasingly difficult to tolerate their behavior. What should I do?
