You NEED to own your own real estate email address - it's non-negotiable! One of the most common mistakes I see TONS of real estate agents make is using an email address that they don't own... and this needs to stop ASAP! As a business owner for your real estate business, you need to make sure you're coming off as professional, and most importantly, protecting yourself and your email marketing list! Social media headlines, and headlines in general, are one of the most important parts of content creation as a realtor. Think about it this way. You could create the most amazing content. Filled with valuable education, juicy real estate tips, and wisdom for your potential clients. But if your headline is just “meh”…then nobody is going to read it. Your social media headlines are the initial hook for the rest of your post. And if they don’t adequately grab the attention of your ideal clients, all of the incredible content you’re creating is going to waste. You have to remember… There’s a LOT of content out there. People can’t possibly consume all of the content put in front of them on a daily basis. So you need to make sure your headlines are doing what they need to be doing... enticing the reader to consume your content.  When you look at professional copywriters, they’ll spend HOURS just coming up with a solid hook, often rewriting the headline up to 100 times. So you know that building an online presence for your real estate business is a non-negotiable if you want to get more deals… But you still can’t bring yourself to fully show up on social media?
