I think it would have been helpful to understand harmful vs. bad regarding food when I was younger. I am the same age as you, and I heard "junk food" growing up. However, that told me nothing. I did not grow up in a household where we read labels, so I really had no clue of the damage I was doing! Trigger or not... I think it's important to know what foods can do to your body. Not everything is good when talking about food. it's no different.
