The most simple and helpful little mindfulness exercise that you can add to your daily routine.
Lay down, breathe, relax, note what you are grateful for today and get the boost you need when you need it.
This exercise can be done written or in your head and helps you to check in with how your feeling, better understand why you ware feeling the way you are, and to develop some action points to help you feel that bit better in the future. Enjoy.
Alternate nostril breathing is a yoga breathing exercise where people breathe through one nostril while holding the other shut, then change nostrils and repeat the process. Take a few moments to rebalance and relax with this simple breathing exercise.
Yoga nidra is an ancient but little-known yogic practice that's becoming increasingly popular as both a form of meditation and a mind-body therapy. Yoga nidra helps to relax you into a state of consciousness between wake and sleep and has been proven to help with anxiety, stress and low energy. Enjoy :)
