His career being cut shorter than expected due to multiple injuries after 20 years in the sport, it’s a raw conversation showing the behind the scenes of someone currently going through something every athlete will eventually have to face. Ultimately, if it's not hard, it's not worth doing. She has now retired after a long and successful career and lives in the USA with her husband and son.
