She has been on a long journey to get to where she is now at the age of 32 where she is beginning to find her feet and begin working as a teacher - a job role which she has always wanted to do.

At just 19 years old, Ella is a director of London-based production comapny Broken Flames Productions and has had her work selected for BAFTA accredited festivals. She also works as a mental health activist and is an ambassador for teenage mental health charity Stem4. Ella was also awarded Positive Female Role Model of the Year at the Darkus Magazine Awards. She is certainly a fantastic role model that I wish I had while navigating my teenage years!
