Description

Welcome back to another episode of The Inspired Narrative podcast - a space for highlighting inspiring stories. On this episode I am joined by founder of award winning behaviour change programme, One Year No Beer. OYNB sets out to help people transform their relationship with alcohol and lead happier, healthier lives and survive modern society alcohol-free.

Ruari, CEO and Founder, believes that having a community is crucial to making a positive lifestyle change. He has been a pillar of national support for people who struggle and battle with alcohol over these past five years and his achievement has been recognised after winning The Great British Entrepreneur of the Year for Scotland and Northern Ireland last year and has been asked to return as a judge for the upcoming ceremony.

Ruari has met with the Dalai Lama and is an incredible human being who I had the greatest pleasure interviewing for this podcast episode.
