I was so sick and tired of being sick and tired.... I was stuck in the viscous drinking shame loop cycle. DRINK— I got drunk. Blackout drunk. I kept seeking pleasure to avoid pain, and would go out spending hundreds of dollars on food and drinks. THE STORY NEVER CHANGED. I would Embarrass myself. Texting people I should have. It wasn’t cute. SHAME HANGOVER -T he drink always brought its painful consequences. Wake Up feeling like shit. Hate myself. Spend days stuck in the house feeling guilty , binge eating my sorrows away for spending yet another weekend regretting every minute of it putting myself further away from my goals.ANXIETY/ TRIGGER NEEDS RELIEF- Anxiety , I mean INTENSE unbearable anxiety would set in… I would temporarily isolate myself, promising I would “never do it again” wishing I wasn't so sad or anxious, and kept binge eating… I had too much anxiety and I needed relief again. I would start the cycle form the beginning for YEARS!This is a special kind of hell I wish upon no one.
