Ik ben niet zo'n sporter en ook niet iemand die heel erg op mijn eten let. Om dus toch van mijn liefdeskilootjes af te komen die ik tijdens de date periode met mijn lief had opgespaard (uiteten, borrelen, nog een keer uiteten!), leek me aanvankelijk een opgave waar ik niet eens aan wilde beginnen. Toch in 2 maanden 5 kilo eraf, voor mijn gevoel echt moeiteloos, dus ik was verrast toen ik op de weegschaal stond! Deze aflevering gaat nu niet per se over afvallen zelf, maar over hoe je jouw eigen verlangens kan manifesteren, moeiteloos, of dat nou over afvallen of aankomen gaat, maakt niet zo veel uit. As women we subconsciously carry childhood trauma inside our bodies that can play out in how we relate to life. Ik had zoooo crystal clear hoe ik naar het leven kijk en wat ik ook andere mensen wil meegeven. Omdat het je leven lichter maakt, leuker, vervulder, passievoller. En daar was ik op de Hoge Veluwe en voelde ik het zo intens wat ik met je wil delen. Het gaat over bewust zijn, open staan en het leven de kans geven je dingen aan te reiken. En dan gaat alles makkelijker!

Yes free spirits, we hebben veeeeel goede eigenschappen. Plannen en voorbereidingen treffen is daar bij de meesten van ons niet één van. Inclusief mijzelf. Vroeger op school al: één dag van tevoren leren, te laat komen op de opbouwdag van mijn eindexamen expositie. Vre se lijk vond ik het. Elke keer nam ik me voor het anders te doen. Alleen lukte dat telkens maar niet. Tot ik door kreeg waarom niet! Ik wilde het gedrag aanpakken, maar was vergeten de oorzaak aan te pakken in plaats van het gevolg.  Nu, een dag voor de mini retraite die ik organiseer, is mijn auto al voor 70% ingepakt met wat ik nodig heb en hoeven alleen de laatste dingetjes nog. Geen enkele stress, naast een klein beetje zenuwen voor het geven van het weekend zelf ;). Ik heb nog nooit zo relaxt naar iets toegewerkt! Hoe dat is veranderd, hoor je in deze podcast! In deze aflevering deel ik met jou welke programma's, apps, websites, tools ik gebruik om creatief los te gaan met het laten zien van mijn bedrijf. Je komt te weten: Waar vind je royalty free afbeeldingen die ook nog mooi zijn. Welke website aanbieder kun je het beste gebruiken als je creatieve vrijheid wil hebben. Welke plugins heb je nodig om je webshop te starten. Welke plugin gebruik je om toch meer creatieve vrijheid te krijgen in je wordpress website qua design. Welke app kun je gebruiken om je foto's mee te bewerken. Welke website gebruik ik om mijn gratis weggever mooi vorm te geven. Waar vind je muziek die royalty free is, dus gratis muziek. Welke telefoon heeft de mooiste camera. Welke website gebruik ik waardoor je podcast automatisch verspreid wordt over meerdere platforms zoals spotify, itunes etc. Welk programma gebruik ik om mijn filmpjes mee te editen.

Het ondernemerschap was misschien een rozenkleurige toekomst waar je over meimerde, maar nu je ook daadwerkelijk de stap hebt gezet.... Kom je ineens heel wat schaduwkanten van het ondernemerschap tegen. Gevoel van afwijzing, faalangst, prestatiedruk, teleurstelling... Hoe ga je hier als gevoelige rebel mee om?? Deze aflevering staat centraal om geld. Als je besluit om te gaan ondernemen en daarmee mooie dingen in de wereld wil zetten, ga je met heel veel goede moed aan de slag. Deze meditatie is er om het gevoel dat je al in je hebt, zoals ontspanning, liefde, rust, wijsheid, power, happiness en alles wat je maar kan bedenken te vergroten en te vermeerderen! Believe me... it works! Voel direct een shift in je gemoedstoestand ontstaan <3 Laat je me weten wat je er van vond en hoe je het hebt ervaren?

In deze aflevering wil ik je geruststellen, als jij nog niet 100% vegan bent, als je nog niet je werkt hebt gemaakt van het uitwissen van al het onrecht in de wereld ;). Je hoeft niet te voldoen aan het perfecte plaatje te voldoen om het verschil te kunnen maken. In deze podcast laat ik je zien dat je heel goed de wereld mooier kan maken door jezelf te zijn en geef ik je een oefening mee om los te komen van je eigen denkkaders waardoor je weer keuzes kan maken die bij jou passen. Geen 100% vegan meer, geen 100% biologisch meer, niet altijd je afval moeten scheiden (tenzij dit jou allemaal van nature afgaat natuurlijk en je het belangrijk en leuk vindt). Weg met flexitarier zijn omdat je andere mensen niet tot last wil zijn en je eigenlijk wel helemaal 100% vega wil zijn. dat kan natuurlijk ook. Jij mag het doen zoals jij wil!
