The risk versus the rewards of dead lifting can be beneficial if done properly. If you aren't in a power lifting meet or that's not a goal of yours then don't continuously lift heavy on dead lifting. Learn how to properly perform this movement before lifting heavy. Your lower back will thank you!

Here's the sad truth...You can't out work a bad diet. To see your ab muscles you will need to be disciplined in your eating habits, exercise as much as possible, weight train, and you will see your abs show I promise. Caloric deficits are the name of the game. Enjoy
One of the most under utilized machines at the gym! It's a great machine to use to truly focus on your muscles you are trying to target. It is also a machine that you can use for a variety of variations with different exercises! Highly recommend giving this machine a couple exercises in your training routine!

These words work hand-and-hand with one another, but yet they are so different. Without discipline there is no motivation. Finding motivation is easy, temporary, and can leave just as quickly as when it motivated you. Discipline is necessary because even when you lose that motivation you still go and finish that thing that motivated you. Enjoy this episode!

In short NO! You do not need to do cardio to lose weight and fat. However, the benefits of cardio are tremendously amazing on your body and overall health that you should consider adding cardio session to your weekly fitness routine!
NO, I'm not talking about a FitBit, WHOOP, AppleWatch, SamsungWatch, etc. I'm talking about powerlifting shoes versus regular shoes, wearing a Sling Shot by Mark Bell, buying wrist/ knee/ elbow wraps and sleeves. The short answer is YES! Here's my opinion on this topic!
