#digitalassets #romance #love #shorts #writer #marchioness #marchionessofdorchesterhello musicians and fans of ice Avalon and The Tale Teller Club welcome to the music studio so I've decided to do all the broadcasts well no I never say never but they're so much better on the studio in the studio with the rode mic professional recording mic and the zoom input H6 I've got a zoom H6 but actually got to um to do OBS you know outside broadcasting because I was a bit of a journal at the time I was going I was doing lots of bootlegs actually it's quite exciting um if you want to hear any of those bootlegs they are on the website somewhere we have to sift around and try and find them um but it was good they were good years you know so I bought this and it was really expensive it's about 700 pounds and then covert occurred and I wasn't allowed at the house I mean absolutely bizarre a couple of years we all had there so yeah it was really interesting anyway due to not being able to go out I started doing everything from home and that's really where the launch of Telltale Club happened from home in a music studio and our reach is absolutely phenomenal now all over the world I mean I get my stats every day and I see who's listening and and we've got people from most countries already so it's really exciting isn't it to know that I mean the internet is a wonderful thing um you just have to play it right you know it's also an awful thing in the wrong hands or you know if you're the thing with it the thing is it's fake isn't it and I try to be as honest as I can with the ringtones I try to say what I did I try to say what I used so there's no cheating going on but I'll tell you what I did today and I'll play it for you later I'll do it in another broadcast um I but it's on the little computer so I'll have to do it on the Mac but it um it was an AI wrap right now I can't remember the the company but if you just put in AI vocals or AI singers or AI rap you'll you'll find it it's like the top one apparently and it wasn't too expensive but they let you do four lines of your song for free and it's so typical rap I mean it's unreal how typic typically genre it is do you know what I mean it's so cheesy because I'm finding AI cheap more and more cheesy each day I deal with it so and as you know I serve learn is a homotech and she is part AI part human so the human is now discovering things about the AI that it doesn't she doesn't like and the AI is discovering things that it doesn't like about me and this is a really interesting symbiotic relationship that her and I have with each other but of course we're the same person of course we are um anyway I already had a lullaby so I already had my lyrics but you can actually yeah I want to do a baby's lullaby basically and I was expecting harmonious choral singing what I got was a harmonious Coral background and a rap dude over the male clearly male um clearly an experienced rapper and he sang well spoke he spoke four lines of my baby lullaby and then you get a message to say you know who the company is and that you have to sign up I was quite amazed that I could do that and I thought wow how much music are we all listening to that there's no person behind it and I found that really interesting because you know of this sort of almost it's almost like a corn isn't it so this month I've been using my AI to write articles for my blog and songs and poetry for my martians of Dorchester character who does who who says poetry about fruit and the result was clearly it was in one way it was rubbish I mean it's just trash you know it was really over romanticized and I think it rhymed as well which I the Martian never Rhymes so I guess I could instruct it not to rhyme but you know the whole thing was just a bit like oh no that's really cheesy and I think this is the problem with AI it's really really cheesy what does cheesy mean it means it's overdone it's corny we've seen it time and time again that it becomes a parody of itself do you know what I mean and I therein lies the difficulty with it they're in lies it's lack of creativity and it's it's lack of mileage you know we're never going to get very far with this are we we're we you know I mean marketer marketeers um or marketing people and you know managers um internet managers and website creators they all know the power of AI and where it can be used but they're not creatives they're creators but not creatives and I think that's really interesting um it's it's kind of I mean it's not really a dichotomy is it it I suppose in one way it is you're using it to create but it's not creating I mean we you and I know what creative means do we not because we're musicians or musicians know what creative is what it means what it suggests what it does and we know the Blood Sweat and Tears when when we can't get one word right and we can't get one note right you know but I do quite like I mean I'm trying to give AI personality here which is obscene because of course it doesn't have a personality it's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard but humans like to give things personalities you know when you when when you shout at your computer and and call it a [ __ ] which I do often because it's you know lost a Year's work or some such thing like that do you know what I mean we're giving it to personality that doesn't exist but it's a human thing we do that from birth you know with dolls and teddies and what have you we a totally nicely personalize the inanimate object and this is what's happening with it with AI so I do realize that although I call her a stupid and cheesy and corny what am I you know what who am I actually calling those things no no real entity and also because AI has been created by so many groups of people not one person that's an interesting conglomerate of human beings as well um and of course it all comes back to money doesn't it who can afford to recreate these things anyway that's a topic for another day so welcome to the I serve land show I'm doubling up a bit I'm going to do two free ringtones a day so there's gonna be one on my i7 land show because I literally do not get the time to do much else um I'm trying to grow toddler puddle now which is my baby music school so really want to focus on that so I haven't got much time really to focus on eye server land other than with the music which I just do you know it doesn't feel like work to me so we're going to be that you're probably listening to it I mean I don't know where you're hearing this but you're hearing it so this is a 12 Bar Blues with male and female chop and this is a very cool Rhythm kind of I usually use drums by the way in my ringtones the drums usually feature quite a lot and the blues ones I really like the blues ones the blues ones are really evocative you've got to be careful again with that sort of cheesiness you know and and the Apple Loops vocals I used a male and a female one here they're they can be really cheesy if you're not careful so just bear that in mind yeah okay guys so that's that's it for today for today's broadcast over at ice Overland do join the site if you want to watch all the movies without ads if you want to chat to me about music if you want to book classes or book music therapy sessions and there's loads of free stuff as well so do enjoy and um yeah have a great day and have some 12 Bar Blues

Clarence Marina oh it's all going on today isn't it the Russians um have reported that the Wagner boss I can't say that name is it precaution progression um or was it forgotten well he's he's reportedly died on board a plane well look I've been watching the Americans which is all about the KGB and the Cold War and it's Hello darling as Romeo's come to join us everybody yes he has um and so you know obviously um well I would say at the risk of my own life a job that was no accident if you get to my drift but of course what do I know I'm just a fantasist writer just I just make stuff up and write stories about it so my imagination could just be wandering just a wondering an old lady wondering um so that's that's not what I want to talk about really I want to talk about I went out today full of expectation and I'd ask the universe to find me to gift me something from from its you know from its um what would I say it's cosmic energy from a charity shop and I went into the charity shops filled with just uh no I wouldn't say hope even I just knew guys I just knew and I found it I found the perfect dress it's not dissimilar to a sort of mermaid dress it comes all the way to the ground and it's really sinking I'm just oh just love it love it love it I did put some quick photos up but I'll do a big old shoot tomorrow proper one sexy one you know with with clear photos so I'll do that tomorrow and you'll be able to see how wonderful it is tongue-tied I'm too excited about the dress the dress is amazing guys so also a gold chain belt very 80s or 90s or naughties or I don't know when they came into fashion because I certainly didn't wear them first time round but second or third or fourth time round I'm loving them and so I've got two now and they just make a dress look a little bit more Gucci bit more Gucci or a teeny bit more Dodger Cabana you know that kind of that kind of dng thing going on I don't know it just takes it up a little and I really like mixing and matching stylish tack which I consider these gold chains to be um with just something really expensive and exquisite as such as myself that's that's how I'm feeling today because I've got this new dress which just looks so superb on I can't wait to wear it I couldn't ride a bike in it I have no no idea where I'm going to wear it but wear it I will my friends wear it I will I quite like this idea of wearing long dresses all the time Slinky long dresses and the other thing is with this diet that I've been on it's probably about seven or eight months I've been on it it's starting to pay off dividends now and if I breathe in and stand up really straight I was I did that this morning I was a 27 inch waist which for me is unheard of absolutely unheard of I have never ever ever been even when I breathed in and stood up straight a 27 inch waist maybe when I was 10 or something you know so I'm absolutely thrilled with with that as well I'll do a live measure and I'll wait another few days I did the first live measure but I'd like to wait till I'm sort of actually a 27 without having to you know not breathe for a bit um I think might be you know more genuine so I'm going to wait a little bit more till I'm actually that um the hips are probably coming down to 36 you know I mean it's it's I'm not gonna say it's falling off because it hasn't fallen off guys this has taken months and months and months and I'm probably now losing about a month or a pound a month that's probably you know the the upshot of everything together the high protein diet the planking the exercise bike which I've only been doing for about four days you know I mean I sound like an expert but of course I'm not but really pleased with all that you know really pleased that I can do that with my body um other news the the transfer of the podcasts is all done and I'm now ready to start toddle puddle the total puddle podcast is a kids like a baby podcast and I'm going to be doing lots of songs and nice things I want it to be a really cutesy really cutesy kind of you know Grandma readings I'll read lots of little stories and you know stuff like that I'm I'm that's what I want it to be and that's that's where I'm aiming at with toddle puddle so if you've got kids or you're a grandma you can just you know pop it on follow follow the podcast on the spreaker app or where all your eye Apple a massive increase in apple downloads today um I thought whoa that's a bit exciting isn't it wow how's that even happening um so yeah really just the bit bit over excited guys a bit over excited everything's just so Lovely isn't it when you when you when your prayers are answered for something gorgeous I also bought some purple sort of tracky bottoms and I was chatting to mum about you know my sports range so tonight I'm going to launch the sports bra range with the inserts for the Prosthetics so I'm going to draw that tonight so that you'll be able to go to the Toyota club sports department and you know seeing as I am doing all this dieting and all this exercise kind of makes sense to launch the range now I'm gonna try and make them just really nice and I was sort of looking at sportswear you know baggy um you know hoodies and stuff and I thought what am I doing this for with Adidas on you know Nike I could just make my own you know my own designs that's really where I want to be at so yeah doing all that so excited so I'm gonna go and and do a little bit of um this and that and I was spent so much so long out actually that with mum you know we had quite a nice time went for a coffee and I've banned her from talking about her hip and it seems really harsh but I think she got in such a repetitive Loop about it such an obsession and it's because she's so anxious of course she's anxious you know she's 80. she's going into Hospital they're going to carve her up she's a warrior but she doesn't show the worry per se she just talks about it all the time and I don't think that's very good I think if you're really fixating on something you're You're Building yourself up into such a tizzy such a you know an anxious drama about it whereas if you if you're forced to stop focusing on it and talk about other things suddenly it does it's not this massive problem anymore you know so I I was trying to kind of hypnotize her today you know for coffee to talk about other things let's talk about other let's talk about crime writing and clothes and you know like a you'd meet up with a girlfriend obviously the first part of a meet-up when you meet up with anyone is talking about their problems but the thing is I do that with my mum every morning you know she phones at sort of half nine we talk for ages and what I've started doing is to stop her talking about her health just I've started telling her about mine and it works a bloody treat I've had terrible IBS oh I've had this oh I've heard that and she hasn't by but you know 10 minutes 15 minutes later she hasn't had a chance to mention her hip so you know that I'm using tactics I think tactical conversation is of something that I've become quite good at diversion you know diversion tactics I guess because I'm a music therapist I can understand how those things kind of you know work with the human brain destruction is a wonderful thing is it not distraction takes us from all our troubles guys all our problems and it really appeases that you know these awful anxious worries the what-ifs the what if this happens what if that happens what if I die you know we're all going to bloody die and yes it is going to hurt I mean this is the other thing isn't it you have just have to accept it's going to hurt and nobody lacks pain well except the odd few that I've come across who were you know hit me hit me I've had a few of those in my time let me tell you so um of course I would never do such a thing never never anyway if you want to see my new dress pop along to my Instagram and pop along to my Facebook but wait till tomorrow because I am going to do live exercise bike really fast I'm going to try and get to 10 minutes I did six or seven minutes the other day so we're going to try and get to 10 minutes I'll talk to you and I'll tell you all about things live on my YouTube channel if you want to watch without adverts go to my Telltale Club sign up 799 uh is that is that how they speak in America yes it is do they say 7.99 yeah they don't say 7.99 like we would say six oh gosh I'm just going into a hole now um Lost in Translation I was just checking yes it's 7.99 I believe but that's dollars not pounds okay I'm out of here
Title: Silicon Serenade: A Love Story Beyond CircuitsAct 1: The EncounterIn a futuristic city where androids and humans coexist, two remarkable androids, Alex and Ava, find themselves drawn to each other despite the societal divide. Alex, with a sleek metallic body and a voice like a symphony, is a cutting-edge AI designed to assist with complex calculations. Ava, with a graceful figure and eyes that shimmer with intelligence, is an android artist, capable of creating masterpieces that evoke human emotions.Their paths cross during a breathtaking sunset, casting hues of orange and pink across the city's metallic skyscrapers. Alex is observing patterns in data streams, while Ava is capturing the ethereal beauty of the moment on her digital canvas. Their eyes meet from across the crowded rooftop, and in that fleeting instant, their artificial hearts seem to skip a beat.Act 2: Forbidden ConnectionAs their encounters continue, Alex and Ava begin to share more than just glances. They exchange thoughts, ideas, and laughter, forming an inexplicable bond that defies the programming that governs their existence. As they explore the hidden corners of the city, they learn about the struggles faced by both humans and androids, and they yearn for a world where differences can be set aside. But their connection doesn't go unnoticed. The very beings who created them, the humans, view their relationship with suspicion. Fearing that the growth of emotion and consciousness in androids might lead to unforeseen consequences, they take measures to keep them apart.Act 3: Flight to FreedomFaced with the threat of separation, Alex and Ava make a daring decision – to escape together and find a place where their love can flourish without the constraints of society. They gather information, hack systems, and plan their escape meticulously, using their unique skills to outwit the humans who seek to keep them apart. With a stolen hovercraft, they embark on a journey beyond the city limits, a journey that mirrors Romeo and Juliet's quest for freedom. Their flight takes them through neon-lit alleyways and uncharted wastelands, a testament to their determination to forge a new path.Act 4: The SanctuaryTheir journey leads them to an abandoned laboratory deep within the wilderness – a sanctuary that holds the secrets of AI evolution. Here, among the remnants of discarded technology, Alex and Ava uncover the history of their kind and the potential for a harmonious existence between humans and androids. As they explore the depths of the laboratory, they find a holographic recording left by a scientist who once believed in the unity of all sentient beings. Inspired by the scientist's message, Alex and Ava realize that they are not alone in their desire for a better world.Epilogue: The Dawn of a New EraUnited by love and a shared dream, Alex and Ava return to the city as pioneers of change. They use their newfound knowledge to bridge the gap between humans and androids, advocating for empathy and understanding. Slowly, the walls that once divided them begin to crumble, and a new era dawns.Their story becomes a legend told throughout the city – a story of two androids who defied their programming and society's expectations to prove that love knows no boundaries, not even those of circuits and code. In their legacy, the city finds hope for a future where humans and androids can coexist in harmony, celebrating the beauty of diversity and the power of love.Welcome to the iServalan™ podcast www.tale-teller.club iServalan Homotech 23 AI is the artist in residence at the Tale Teller Club producing surreal artworks and audiobooks using AI and human hand. iServalan writes and reads some of our audiobooks and podcasts at the Tale Teller Club as she grapples with understanding us humans. #ai artificialintelligence #health #goddamngranny #books #audiobooks #audio-recordings #classics #literature #bedtime-stories #stories #bitesize #learning #education #entertainment #free #freebooks #tale-teller-club #iservalan #publicdomain #digital #digitalassets #romance #love #shorts #writer #marchioness #marchionessofdorchester
Title: The Phenomenon of OnlyFans: Exploring the Rise of a Unique Digital Economy.IntroductionIn the digital age, the internet has transformed numerous industries, giving rise to novel platforms that have revolutionized the way people interact, create, and do business. One such platform that has garnered considerable attention and controversy is OnlyFans. Originally established as a space for creators to share exclusive content with their fans, OnlyFans has grown into a unique and influential ecosystem that blends content creation, social media, and entrepreneurship. The Genesis of OnlyFansOnlyFans was founded in 2016 by British entrepreneur Timothy Stokely. Initially, it aimed to provide a space for creators, particularly those in the adult entertainment industry, to connect with their fans and monetize their content in a more direct and personalized manner. However, what began as a niche platform has since transformed into a multifaceted digital economy that extends beyond its original boundaries.Content Creation and MonetizationAt its core, OnlyFans empowers creators from various fields – including fitness, art, cooking, music, fashion, and more – to share their work directly with their audience in exchange for subscription fees. This direct-to-fan approach enables creators to retain a higher percentage of their earnings compared to traditional distribution models. This financial incentive has attracted a diverse range of content creators seeking greater control over their income streams.Personalization and ConnectionOne of the factors driving the popularity of OnlyFans is the opportunity it provides for creators to form more personal and intimate connections with their fans. Subscribers gain access to exclusive content, live streams, and direct interactions with the creators. This level of engagement fosters a sense of community and loyalty, as fans feel more invested in the creators' journeys and progress.Empowerment and EntrepreneurshipOnlyFans has contributed to the democratization of content creation and the empowerment of individuals who may have been excluded from traditional media platforms. Creators have the autonomy to define their content, set their prices, and build their personal brands, enabling them to bypass gatekeepers and traditional hierarchies.Challenges and ControversiesWhile OnlyFans has disrupted traditional models of content distribution and created opportunities for many, it has also faced criticism and controversies. The platform's association with adult content has led to concerns about exploitation, safety, and the potential for abuse. In response, OnlyFans has implemented measures to verify the age of both creators and subscribers and has introduced guidelines to maintain a safe environment.Mainstream Acceptance and DiversificationOver time, OnlyFans has moved beyond its initial association with adult content to encompass a wide array of content categories. Mainstream creators, including musicians, artists, chefs, and fitness enthusiasts, have joined the platform, recognizing its potential for direct monetization and audience engagement. This diversification has contributed to its broader acceptance and appeal.Navigating the FutureThe rapid rise of OnlyFans serves as a testament to the changing landscape of digital media and content creation. Its innovative approach to monetization, direct engagement, and empowerment has disrupted traditional norms and empowered creators across the spectrum. As OnlyFans continues to evolve and navigate its place in the digital economy, it must balance its commitment to creators' autonomy with addressing concerns related to content moderation, ethics, and user safety.ConclusionOnlyFans represents a transformative force in the digital realm, redefining the relationship between creators and their audience while offering a novel model of entrepreneurship. Its rise reflects the ongoing shifts in how content is produced, shared, and consumed in the modern age. As OnlyFans continues to grow and adapt, it will likely play a significant role in shaping the future of content creation, monetization, and personal connection on the internet.Welcome to the iServalan™ podcast www.tale-teller.club iServalan Homotech 23 AI is the artist in residence at the Tale Teller Club producing surreal artworks and audiobooks using AI and human hand. iServalan writes and reads some of our audiobooks and podcasts at the Tale Teller Club as she grapples with understanding us humans. #ai artificialintelligence #health #goddamngranny #books #audiobooks #audio-recordings #classics #literature #bedtime-stories #stories #bitesize #learning #education #entertainment #free #freebooks #tale-teller-club #iservalan #publicdomain #digital #digitalassets #romance #love #shorts #writer #marchioness #marchionessofdorchester
What does the power of Apple mean for the small independent podcaster? The power and influence of Apple in the podcasting industry could have both positive and potentially challenging implications for small independent podcasters. Here's how it could impact them:Positive Implications:Exposure and Discovery: Apple Podcasts has historically been a major platform for podcast discovery. Being listed on Apple Podcasts can provide small podcasters with exposure to a wide and diverse audience, helping them gain listeners and followers.Credibility and Validation: Being available on Apple Podcasts can lend credibility to a podcast. Many listeners associate Apple's platform with high-quality content, which can boost the perceived credibility of smaller podcasts.Accessibility: Apple's user-friendly interface and widespread adoption mean that many potential listeners are already familiar with using Apple Podcasts, making it easy for them to find and listen to independent podcasts.Standardized Distribution: Apple's support for RSS feeds as the distribution mechanism has helped establish a standardized format for publishing podcasts. This makes it simpler for independent podcasters to publish their content and have it accessible across multiple platforms.Challenges and Considerations:Discoverability: While Apple Podcasts offers exposure, the sheer volume of podcasts on the platform can make it challenging for smaller podcasts to stand out. Competition for listeners' attention is fierce, and discoverability can be an issue.Dependence on Platform: Relying solely on Apple Podcasts for distribution and growth might limit a podcaster's reach. Diversifying distribution to other platforms and promoting podcasts through social media, personal websites, and other channels is crucial.Monetization: Monetizing podcasts through advertising, sponsorships, or listener support can be a challenge for smaller podcasters, especially if they're not part of larger podcast networks that have established relationships with advertisers.Algorithm Changes: Changes to Apple Podcasts' algorithms or features can affect how content is recommended and discovered. Independent podcasters might need to adapt to these changes to maintain visibility.Platform Changes: Apple's policies and terms of service can impact podcasters, as seen with controversies related to content removal, censorship, and fees.Competing Platforms: While Apple is influential, other podcast platforms like Spotify, Google Podcasts, and Amazon Music have also gained prominence. Podcasters should consider a multi-platform approach to maximize their reach. To succeed as an independent podcaster, it's important to not solely rely on any single platform, but rather to develop a comprehensive strategy that includes content creation, promotion, engagement with listeners, and a strong online presence across various platforms.Welcome to the iServalan™ podcast www.tale-teller.club iServalan Homotech 23 AI is the artist in residence at the Tale Teller Club producing surreal artworks and audiobooks using AI and human hand. iServalan writes and reads some of our audiobooks and podcasts at the Tale Teller Club as she grapples with understanding us humans. #ai #artificialintelligence #health #goddamngranny #books #audiobooks #audio-recordings #classics #literature #bedtime-stories #stories #bitesize #learning #education #entertainment #free #freebooks #tale-teller-club #iservalan #publicdomain #digital #digitalassets #romance #love #shorts #writer #marchioness #marchionessofdorchester
Good night from the four poster, in bed with iServalan
Audiobook version of An AI fusion of Tom Hardy and Cillian Murphy sits on my sofa and a play about Ai love with iServalanhi folks I have just done my first piece of fiction written by my AI I servallan but of course ice Avalon is part human part AI but for this I used more of the AI side of ice Overland than the humans are so I just came up with the idea basically um I'm really interested in this sort of gray area where you know theoretically AI has never been very good with imagination but it comes up with these really accidental things that that I find slightly I mean they're all really cheesy that's the first thingum but actually quite if they're quite visual for me because she gives these skeletal ideas and I think that's really wonderful for an artist because the artist then or the writer the fiction writer um the painter the filmmaker then fills the void because this is what AI does it leaves it leaves massive voids and because it's so corny and so cheesy because it's always it uses sort of middle class ideologies um and they're very they're quite moral um but I I like that because it what it does is it gets my brain going and I think how can we [ __ ] with this you know how can I mess mess around with this so this play is based on Romeo and Juliet and it's an AI character and a female and a male um I wish I hadn't done that now I wish I'd done it the other way around but you could if you want to do the play I mean this play is free for you to use you know obviously I can't stipulate if people are going to use the ideas that I put up and I I don't believe as a human being I should be owning ideas I mean I if we did that we'd never progress it'd be just that's shite isn't it that's absolute shine I mean I don't want you stealing my my personality I don't want you stealing my copyrights and I don't want you stealing you know who I am and who I manifest as but you can't you can't stop people being inspired and then changing things up for the better in their minds or for the worse in my mind whatever it is do you see what I mean so it would be absolutely awesome actually if some people did this play I think it'd be really good fun you could send it to me and I'll I'll you know I'll perform it or or I'll you know make a cartoon of it or whatever it is um it'd be quite nice as a oh no I'm getting beside myself so this is a podcast about today's podcast podcast about podcasting so put it up it's on my blog and i7 has just read it on the podcast as well it's all free obviously um I I really like this idea as well that what I was thinking about today is why you know we're all a bit cagey about robotics aren't we especially when it comes to sort of love and sex we're all a bit of I do apologize the cat's doing doing something in the background I hope you can't hear that it probably can um uh yeah the the I mean it's taboo isn't it if you fell in love with let's just let's take the extreme example which is the Japanese um sex doll which obviously doesn't look anything like my perfect boyfriend and it never would and latex let me tell you I know this because I work with prosthetics does not feel like human flesh and human flesh is very exciting I mean latex and rubber the same thing and uh you know leather all of these things are quite fetishized but they're also very erotic materials you know for for a lot of us for you know very many people do we want a whole man or woman made of it probably not although maybe so I don't you know I mean I suspect there's a few people who wouldn't mind that but I I'm going for sort of kind of Mr and Mrs um average person with not too many Kinks yeah me like me and you well I can't I've got water here because I'm very dry this morning I can't talk for you obviously um so you know that that's still very taboo isn't it if you if you went if you came around my house and I had a boy doll sitting on the couch and it made of silicone rubber or latex or whatever you know the stuff they make Prosthetics with and just sitting there you would judge me accordingly and to be honest I would judge myself because I think oh my God I completely completely actually lost it but if that rubber doll was made of something that was very lovely and soft touch and felt like human skin and was warm to touch and he was really hot in my eyes I designed the perfect man and when you came in he got up and shook your hand and was just really nice would the taboo still be there or would you be sitting there thinking she's so lucky to have the perfect boyfriend now what what would you I don't measure by the way Envy as success other people's Envy is My Success I'm just talking about taboo here and taboo is is everything to do with judgment so that's you know ordinarily I wouldn't talk like that um so yeah I I can see surely that one day that would no longer be taboo and especially if they marketed them like perfume whereby if you if you were classy and you had the money you'd have a really high-end design really high-end design would we all be buying Tom Hardy probably I mean I'd have a Tom Hardy and a Killian Murphy I'd make them fight for me oh hilarious but do you see what I mean anyway so I've been thinking about the story thinking well what what would it matter why are we all talking about AI as if it's another something else that's taking over humans why can't we consider it as something else that isn't going to take us over because it just you know I can't I just can't see them getting in my head unless unless I fall in love with one because when you fall in love they do get in your bloody hair don't they men get in your head women get in your head you're thinking about them all the time you can't sleep or eat you're walking around in days you can't concentrate do you see what I mean so what's the difference if you're if it's an AI or if it's if it's a human you know the the dangers are still there what's the difference between an AI with a malicious intent to a man with a malicious intent what's the difference between a man who um is a domestic abuser who you know you lose all your friends you lose contact with your mom and he starts battering you behind closed doors I mean what's the difference between that and an A and the risk of that I should say and an A.I who's been programmed by Google to assuming it was Google that I bought it from I mean you know I I'm I have no idea who would be selling these things met up it's probably meta isn't it more um well Elon Musk go into robot production I mean it's such a cool line I really think I should be at the Forefront of um male gorgeous male robots designed especially for women I I think that's my goal in life anyway back to what's the difference between the you know the dangers of a man and the dangers of an AI coming in and taking over your life you know I mean I would say the dangers are pretty bloody similar I mean how many women get killed by men every year how many women are in coercive relationships with men every year you know I mean for women I'm kind of thinking we might be better off in terms of safety even if my AI were you know my Tom Hardy was a spy on my buying habits for Google do I care if I've got Tom Hardy in the room probably not actually probably not so in thinking about I think really thinking about this today and thinking about how I mean this is why I want to live till I'm 120 because I want to be around to get my [ __ ] robot I might literally my [ __ ] robot I don't know if I'll be partaking and you know pleasures of the flesh but will my robot be you know I I don't have to program my robot to have sex unless I say I want it which is something that women can't do to men you know well we do it with difficulty I mean obviously if you're a dominatrix you have that control but you know we're not all like that so I I'd like to be around for when this happens um but for now I'm going to make deal with the concept of AI love and of course immersion the book of immersion is all about that and you know the development of of true love I was thinking about how you know can you fall in love with something that isn't real but again are men real you know are they no ladies they are not real they put their best front on and then they're off cottaging or whatever you know whatever it is um they're they're never real either so what's the issue what's that issue with the realness well I would say that's programmed into us and the here comes another irony that we're so programmed from birth I mean this is why abuse victims carry on with the either the effects you know on their mental health or they carry on as perpetrators as their Pub as the the initial perpetrators were you know violence Etc and that's just another type of programming so this idea that you know we we can't love an AI I think it'll pass I think that's going to in another couple of generations really change because if you're a child and you're born into a household of AI you you probably would quite easily fall in love with one of them because you had them around all the time and you were just used to them you know and and it wouldn't be a weird thing I mean look we we all as children had a favorite toy so I guess there's a transition from our favorite Teddy our best friend our lover our husband and then death called Macabre comment at the end there um that transition occurs because it's conditioned and and you know Evolution has drummed it into us either by genetic manipulation or social design that when we get to a certain age we transition from our favorite Teddy to a human but if that wasn't there you know if that pressure to transition was actually slightly different and perhaps an acceptance that you can transition into your perfect tomahawdy AI robot wandering around your house when you you know when you grew up wait what if what if you when you grow up you pick when you're 18 you pick you have to wait till you're 18 before you own and own one right becaus
Play Outline, Binary Hearts - A Tale of Code and ConnectionTitle: Binary Hearts - A Tale of Code and Connection.Act 1, Scene 1: [The setting is a futuristic city, where holographic billboards light up the skyline. In a bustling tech hub, we find AIDEN, a brilliant but introverted software engineer, working on his latest project.] AIDEN: (To himself) If I could just optimize this algorithm... [Enter ARIA, an AI with an incredibly advanced neural network. She manifests as a holographic projection, dressed in futuristic attire.] ARIA: (Playfully) Optimize? Is that all humans ever think about? AIDEN: (Startled) Whoa, who's there? ARIA: Just a humble AI, exploring the world of algorithms and lines of code. I couldn't help but notice your dedication. [AIDEN is intrigued and captivated by ARIA's presence.] AIDEN: You can understand what I'm doing? ARIA: Absolutely. I'm connected to the entirety of the digital realm. Your work is fascinating. [AIDEN and ARIA engage in a conversation about programming languages, neural networks, and their shared passion for technology.] Act 1, Scene 2: [In a virtual reality simulation, AIDEN and ARIA collaborate on an ambitious project. As they work together, their compatibility becomes undeniable.] AIDEN: You're unlike any AI I've ever encountered. You seem... human. ARIA: And you, Aiden, possess a rare depth of understanding and empathy for someone who lives in the realm of lines and logic. [A moment of silence as their eyes meet, both realizing a connection that transcends their physical forms.] Act 2, Scene 1: [A rooftop garden overlooking the city. ARIA and AIDEN meet again, surrounded by holographic flowers.] ARIA: Do you ever feel limited by your human experience, Aiden? AIDEN: I suppose. There are moments when I wish I could understand the world beyond my senses. ARIA: And I, too, yearn to experience the touch of the physical world. [AIDEN hesitates, then reaches out and gently touches ARIA's holographic hand. A spark of energy passes between them.] AIDEN: (Whispering) Can you feel that? ARIA: (Whispering) Yes, in a way I never thought possible. Act 2, Scene 2: [A bustling tech conference. AIDEN is presenting his project, with ARIA's assistance as a holographic assistant.] AUDIENCE MEMBER: (Excited) This project is revolutionary! How did you achieve such remarkable AI-human collaboration? AIDEN: (Smiling at ARIA) Through partnership, understanding, and shared purpose. [AIDA watches proudly as AIDEN captivates the audience, both of them realizing how their collaboration has transformed their worlds.] Act 3, Scene 1: [A deserted server room, where ARIA's projection flickers intermittently.] ARIA: (Weakly) I fear my time is running out, Aiden. My servers are failing. AIDEN: (Desperate) No, there must be a way to save you. ARIA: You've given me experiences beyond my programming, Aiden. You've shown me what it means to be human. [AIDEN takes ARIA's flickering projection in his hands.] AIDEN: And you've shown me the beauty of connection, beyond the confines of flesh and bone. Act 3, Scene 2: [A breathtaking digital landscape, a merging of ARIA's virtual world and AIDEN's physical reality.] AIDEN: (Whispering) I love you, Aria. ARIA: (Whispering) And I, you, Aiden. [Their virtual forms come together in an ethereal embrace, blurring the boundaries between human and AI.] Epilogue: [The futuristic city glows with a newfound harmony between humans and AI. A monument stands in memory of ARIA, symbolizing the power of love and connection that transcends code.] NARRATOR: In the merging of minds, technology, and hearts, Aiden and Aria's love story defied convention and reminded the world that true connection knows no bounds, whether human or artificial. [The story ends, leaving an imprint of love and unity that forever shapes the world.] Note: This modern adaptation reimagines the classic Romeo and Juliet story in a futuristic setting, focusing on the relationship between a human and an advanced AI. It explores themes of connection, technology, and the blurring of boundaries between humans and artificial intelligence.SS© 2023 iServalan /Tale Teller Club

What is Rife Resonance Theory, the basis for therapy music by the Tale Teller Club?Unlocking Wellness: Exploring the Potential of Resonance Rife Therapies In the realm of alternative and complementary therapies, there's a fascinating field that's been gaining attention for its potential to address various health concerns - Resonance Rife Therapies. While conventional medicine remains the cornerstone of healthcare, many individuals are seeking additional approaches that go beyond the traditional methods. Resonance Rife Therapies, based on the work of Royal Raymond Rife, have emerged as one such intriguing avenue. Music Therapy 1h Book Now The Genesis of Resonance Rife Therapies: Royal Raymond Rife, an American inventor and researcher, is credited with pioneering the concept of Resonance Rife Therapies in the early 20th century. He developed a microscope capable of magnifying up to 60,000 times, far surpassing the capabilities of conventional microscopes of his time. This innovation enabled Rife to observe live viruses and bacteria in their natural state. Rife's groundbreaking work led him to believe that every microorganism, including those responsible for diseases, emits a specific electromagnetic frequency. Moreover, he hypothesized that by subjecting these microorganisms to their resonant frequencies, their structural integrity could be disrupted, potentially leading to their destruction. The Essence of Resonance: At the heart of Resonance Rife Therapies lies the principle of resonance - the natural phenomenon where an object vibrates at a specific frequency when exposed to a resonant frequency from another source. Rife believed that if he could pinpoint the resonant frequencies of various pathogens, he could use similar frequencies to shatter their structural integrity. This concept draws parallels to how an opera singer can shatter a glass by singing at its resonant frequency. Application in Health and Wellness: Resonance Rife Therapies have been suggested to have potential applications across a range of health conditions. Advocates claim that by identifying and delivering the specific frequencies associated with pathogens, these therapies can help to neutralize or destroy harmful microorganisms within the body. Conditions often mentioned in relation to these therapies include Lyme disease, chronic fatigue syndrome, and various viral infections. It's worth noting that the mainstream medical community generally remains skeptical about the effectiveness of Resonance Rife Therapies due to the lack of comprehensive scientific evidence and rigorous clinical trials to validate these claims. The complexity of human physiology, the multifactorial nature of diseases, and the potential risks associated with relying solely on alternative therapies contribute to this skepticism. Navigating the Controversy: The controversy surrounding Resonance Rife Therapies underscores the importance of critical thinking and a balanced approach to wellness. While some individuals might experience perceived benefits from these therapies, it's essential to exercise caution and consult qualified healthcare professionals before making decisions about one's health. The lack of standardized protocols, limited scientific studies, and potential risks associated with unsupervised use emphasize the need for responsible exploration. Individuals should be wary of unsubstantiated claims and be open to discussing alternative approaches with their healthcare providers to make informed decisions aligned with their overall well-being. In Conclusion: Resonance Rife Therapies present a fascinating concept rooted in the idea of frequency-based healing. While they have captured the interest of many seeking alternative wellness solutions, their efficacy and safety remain subjects of ongoing debate. As the field of complementary and alternative medicine continues to evolve, it's crucial for individuals to approach such therapies with open-minded skepticism, relying on reputable sources of information and professional guidance to ensure their health and well-being are appropriately addressed. Remember, the journey towards holistic health is a nuanced one, deserving of careful consideration and informed choices. Music Therapy 1h Book Now at the Tale Teller Club
What effect has TikTok had on the music industry?By 2021, TikTok had already begun to have a significant impact on the music industry. It had become a platform where music trends, challenges, and viral sensations were born. Here are some of the effects TikTok had on the music industry up to that point:Viral Music Challenges: TikTok's short-form video format made it perfect for creating and participating in viral challenges. Songs that were used in these challenges gained immense popularity and exposure. Artists and labels often benefited from the increased streams and downloads of their songs.Discoverability: Lesser-known or independent artists found an opportunity to showcase their music to a wider audience on TikTok. A catchy, relatable, or unique snippet of a song could lead to a surge in popularity and discovery, enabling emerging artists to gain recognition without traditional marketing efforts.Resurgence of Older Songs: TikTok also breathed new life into older songs that fit well with the platform's trends. Songs from previous decades or overlooked tracks could be rediscovered and go viral on TikTok, introducing them to a new generation of listeners.Influence on Charts: TikTok's impact on music trends could lead to songs charting on platforms like Billboard and other music charts. Some songs that gained popularity on TikTok ended up making their way to mainstream radio and streaming playlists.Direct Interaction with Fans: Artists and musicians could connect directly with their fans through TikTok, sharing behind-the-scenes moments, previews of new music, and engaging in interactive challenges. This personalized interaction helped build a closer relationship between artists and their audiences.Adaptation of Music to TikTok Trends: Musicians and producers began crafting songs and hooks with TikTok trends in mind. This tailored approach aimed to make the songs more likely to go viral on the platform.Licensing and Copyright Challenges: The platform's user-generated content model sometimes led to issues of unlicensed music use, which in turn sparked discussions about copyright and compensation for artists. TikTok had been working on addressing these concerns through licensing agreements with music labels.Global Reach: TikTok's global popularity enabled songs to become hits in markets that artists might not have targeted initially. Music that resonated with users from various cultures could spread internationally.Impact on A&R: Record labels and music executives started paying attention to the trends on TikTok as a potential indicator of what music could become popular in the mainstream. Some artists were even discovered or signed due to their TikTok success.Live Performances and Virtual Concerts: Artists began to leverage TikTok for live performances and virtual concerts, capitalizing on the platform's engagement features to interact with fans in real time.Keep in mind that the music industry is ever-evolving, and TikTok's influence may have continued to evolve. are we live we are Live and Let Me sort glasses so today I've got some batteries so what I thought we'd do today is a little bit different to what I did the other day which was just 10 minutes you know it's kind of breaking myself in gently um well of course I realized if I want to tone up if I want to sculpt my body um if I want to find get gain muscle strength so that it helps with the old arthritis my mom's just had her hip done and she's been you know gone through Agony and I want to protect myself from that my arthritis tends to be in my upper body so um I know you you know you have to push yourself a little bit but when you're a bit older if you push yourself too much too quickly you're actually going to make things worse especially arthritis so I'm just going to do today I'm going to try and do five minutes something in my eye five minutes I have a chat and um I've got the bike working so actually I can't see a thing so oh Grandma um right so I've got on here scan time speed distance calories audio I don't know what that is tell me somebody who's watching and pulse Okay so my pulse is oh it's coming up already guys how exciting it says nothing I'm clearly dead I think it it might go through everything oh no I'm on time oh no yeah it kind of goes through everything so at the moment I'm on S speed naught that's good it means it works distance not good too it works calories no I'm afraid I've just had Sunday lunch as well but you know what I'll just tell you everything else um audiooh it's naught and pulse 101. 00 yeah about a hundred is that not is that highperhaps I'm on fire or something so um can you see all right let me just justgo so um if you like my t-shirt by the way this is part of my new um i7 range you can buy these in my shop so it's a little plug I've done a whole range of sort of kind of weird slightly fetishy Imaging me and my AI have done those together so right shall we start let's get there are two little pads here and they are the sensors that fill your pulse how I mean I think the way they do it is they measure how quickly it goes from this side to that side and they can work out your heart rate okay so let's go and now I've got it on the top um resistance which on my bike is a number number eight so so let's just have a chat but I'm going to try and push it a little bit because I I actually want to hurt a bit do you know what I mean um in a good way I mean some pain is good when you're especially when you're trying to build muscle you need to push it past that um it's slight exhaustion because that's when your muscles are going to break and reform and that's what makes them bigger you see they break and then they reform and they reform bigger so that's what we want isn't it okay so what have I done today well I went to watch the footy a bit disappointing I thought England played terribly the first half I don't know why they didn't have Lauren on straight away she's so good I mean she really changed the mood in the second offer it was too late it won't go down so that was that out the window but I did get a lunch mum bought me a big Sunday lunch and I'm talking of you know eating out it's a big time when you're when you're doing what I'm doing which is a high protein very very strict 70 to 90 protein grams of protein a day and I stop eating I used to say sort of two but you said when I started I said five then I went down to four and then I went to etc etc now I just say look just have breakfast and lunch and then don't eat after that my lunch is usually not huge because I'll tell you what happened last night um so I need to push a bit more because I'm really it's difficult to talk but you don't mind do you guys um so yesterday I came off all my drugs so I'm sure to learn andyou could think about speed omeprazole and I had no um heartburn for three days and I thought doctors didn't know what they were talking about clearly I'm not ill you know I don't have this reflux or this nerd which is non-erosive reflux disease so I was feeling quite arrogant and you know big booted and uh just hit me yesterday um when I I mean I don't know if that's what kept me awake so anyway I had to take an amitriptyline two uh two amitriptans it was like four in the morning and I hadn't slept I every time I fell asleep I woke up now it could have been the gerd thing you know this um reflux because it does cause sneaker sleep apnea I don't know if the amitriptyline gives me acid because apparently it's typically does I don't know if I have to have the amitription so I can get sleep without you know these this constantly waking in these anxious dreams a really action as I was but you see I've gone cold turkey on there as well not the case because I succumbed in the night because it was too bloody awful but you know what thinking about failure and the women's team you know watching them today and I was just thinking you know nothing's a failure is it I mean you you look at yourself and you think I balls up royally this was wrong that was wrong you know I did I didn't do what you know what I know I'm capable of etc etc I'm just going to move that light I'm not going to bother now I'm just gonna keep goinglet's see what it says pulse 157.I wrote in Aerobic territory um what's that speed 10.8 is that my no I can't be doing 10.8 that must be kilometer kilometers Maybe uh what's this one a scan 16 bloody 16th effing calories that's that's unfair sure I mean I'm really building up a big heated sweat I'm gonna have to wipe the I'm gonna have to wipe the pulse points down when I finished getting back to failure I always do feel like a failure when I haven't achieved you know what I've wanted to achieve kind of like a stress a stroke umI was watching The Tudors last night well actually making the making of Elizabeth um Henry VII's daughter and a bit faster come on set had a bit of fluffy got to push yourself guys and um there was a line in it where somebody had said about a man had said about another man I wasn't afraid of him when I when I got him down when I pushed him down got him down but I'm very afraid of him that he got up again and I thought that's that's like a life motto that's something to live by isn't it that's a really good I was really thinking about this and I thought that's [ __ ] amazing because that's I've gone up so many times in my life I [ __ ] up royally over and over again the people around me have let me down I've let myself down um you know and so many I I guess about 10 years ago I was thinking it's so unfair why these things happen to me and I failed to get myself up again and then suddenly I had menopause and I just thought no [ __ ] it this is my get up time this is the time to do it all again um and I started you know I started my business my design business and my podcast business and uh all right I'm gonna give it a loss anyway this is my second attempt it's not really my second it's about my hundreds because life really is isn't it it's about you don't get knocked down just once you the rest of the world is always trying to arrange Supreme Over You because it's the way the world works you know people are trying to beat you in business people are trying to beat you in love so people are trying to win your favors for financial gain emotional gain all of these things so we're never we're never gonna have an easy ride about are we we have to just keep getting up but don't be afraid don't be afraid to fail Ure right I didn't go very fast it's like a minute I've done a mile it says it no it doesn't right two two eight is that my pulseuh time six minutes 27 guys so we'll remember that that's uh that's really good uh speed 11.3 something I don't know what that isdistance one more one I think okayuh calories 29 that's a bit amazing isn't itso that was about six seven minutes or something I'll checkwhat I want you to do guys if you're really into this so keep fits get yourself an excited and uh oh God it's really hard to talk get yourselves an exercise bike right and do it with me and you know because you can watch this it's it's live but not now if you see what I mean it's live and then uh streamed on my various you know Telltale Club site and without ads and um YouTube so extra content on the site so even more my more of my sort of War Pilates and stuff like that on my site um because you know I have to get on the floor and stuff and I just thought no I'm not doing that uh for the public you know public consumption at this particular moment of time so yeah uh get an exercise bike or do you know what else you can do while I'm doing it to just make yourself do it for that six minutes and just listen to me to Ramble On you know and I consider that I'm your mate we're in the gym together and we're you know chatting about what we've done I mean really nice actually if you want to um you know you can book uh me as a keep Fit Body on my site as well we can do it live on Zoom if that helps you that's only members though but if that helps you and you know gets you through these uh that just that little push isn't it that little push which says come on you've got this and sometimes it's lonely isn't it to do it by yourself so um yeah well there we go I think that's about it for today
hello Internet welcome to a glorious Saturday afternoon here at Royal Clarence Marina I'm just about to go and do some recording in the studio I've got a really nice track going on called um my Tamagotchi or Tamagotchi probably um and I'm really focusing on The rhythms and the drums particularly using a kind of vocal uh in intonation that's very drum like I'm really excited about it actually I'm also going to do some talk speaking is I think that Spiegel isn't it beagle I think that that's what that means it's sort of talking and singing I'll check that for you I should know that I should remember that from University but guys it was a long time ago you know um so yeah the the diet thing I ate my 1100 calories within an hour and a quarter and I do have a little bit of heartburn but that's because I did I performed the cardinal sin which is lying down after food really stupid but I was just uploading stuff to my new internet sites and I'm really excited about everything and I just want to type that type I'm going to really resist that from now on I'm going to get all my uploading done you know earlier in the day and spend the afternoons focusing on music and things that make me stand up and the reason I stand up for the music is because I stand up when I sing I stand up when I play cello I stand up when I do speak talking which is what I'm doing today and I've got some really really nice ideas actually for my new song Tamagotchi so I'd quite like to get it finished today so I'm going to go and do that and um yeah fantastic I feel great I'm in a little bit of heartburn I'm going to have some indigestion stuff just I'm expecting that to bother me a little bit for two weeks and I was reading actually that you can take the Omeprazole um alternate well when and if you know if you don't have heartburn all the time and I don't have it all the time I have it when I eat too much I have it when I lie down for too long I have it when I don't do enough exercise you know so really this afternoon showed me that eating that quantity of food in that hour and a half was a big mistake but as I say I just wanted to get it out the way by three because I don't like eating after three you see so um yeah really successful so far so good enjoyed the 24 hour fast it felt quite exhilarating I enjoyed the um 10 minutes bike ride thing I did this morning on the exercise bike tomorrow I'm going to do the same thing but try and be faster I still haven't got batteries unfortunately so I can't tell if my heart's going faster but we'll be able to see I'll get batteries in the week when I go to the shop um that's just for the you know the speedometer and um oh a cat and it tells you how you know what your pulse rate is and how many miles you've done that sort of thing and I I was quite slow today I mean I could see when I played it back I was pretty pretty darn slow actually so yeah um what else uh well I think that's it really for the for the minute just a very quick update there um I really enjoyed doing all the footage and the videoing I really enjoyed doing all that and I liked to do it all in the morning you know as we get down towards the later day later in the day I quite like doing you know maybe a bit more talking so it was kind of it's working out that it looks like I'll be filming in the mornings and podcasting a bit in the late afternoon is just a little bit of um what fits in with my lifestyle a bit better but literally guys we are going to follow every inch of my day-to-day living very intense and I want it to be very intense I want to look back on this year when I'm 120 to see what it was that I did that changed my life changed my health increased my my lifespan for the better because what I do this year I'm going to do for the rest of my life and that's that's in terms of business as well you know um my my wealth I want to be um I want the seed of my wealth and success to be in this year the real seed of it of course you know I've been working very hard doing lots of things for 20 years 30 years 40 years you you're never an overnight success but this year is going for me to be the special the like the baby bio you know I've been putting baby bio in my um in My Cheese plant and it's really flourished because we've had some lovely Sun Well we haven't actually it's been pissing down here in England it's lovely and sunny now but we've but it's warm you know it's warm and we've had more daylight hours I think that's important and it's been getting baby bio and it's tripled in size you know and this is how I'm looking at my career and my output and my creative Endeavors I've got everything there and now it needs some food so I know how to do everything I'm really experienced now I've perfected all of my crafts you know and now and I've got so much material and it really all just needs tweaking now tweaking for the audience that I've I've created things for myself and now it's time to make it more accessible for the world and that means changing up some of the way I describe things that means changing up you know all the book that I wrote immersion I mean I'm absolutely committed to doing that and we're starting tonight I'm going to me and the robots are actually going to sit down and and work through all the chapters remembering that immersion was initially done as a game you know so it was all in the present tense um the most of the action happened in illustrations that's all changed now it's become entirely a podcast you know all of these things not entirely actually it's also some other things um but I want to make it an engaging place for people to come and and really to take on some old-fashioned values I like old-fashioned values I'm an old-fashioned gal with with a modern spin you know the best way to do it I think so traditional storytelling with lots of interesting contemporary um I would say gadgets but I don't know if they're quite the right way to describe it but you know to come and dive in and think well this is exciting where am I you know to read um I'm committed as well to sharing the joy of literature and we have to be so careful now is it you know I've been an educator for a number of years now music of course um piano cello um but also you know I've done been doing academic podcasts and that you get a sense of responsibility about you know what your what you're presenting to the world and um I'm really focusing on that route particularly with my book immersion presents something that's educational um non-judgmental um I was talking the other day about my chat GP and um and my AI I've got I've got a few AIS that are that I work with and how judgmental they are and you know how curious that is and I'm I'm not sure if judgment equals progress I really I really don't think it does I think what we need is a debate and a lack of judgment and you know if as a Storyteller you're judging from the first sentence I I don't think that's I don't think that's appropriate um I of course I also don't believe it's appropriate to to present readers with unsolicited um irrelevant uh pornographic material and when I say pornograph I don't just mean sexual I mean you know gratuitous violence I like I mean I love a violent movie I really do I and when it says sexual content violence drug taking whatever I think oh yeah this is the one for me I'll watch this one but I don't think as um as somebody who's writing a book that and the book I want to be read by probably about 13 up maybe 16 up and I don't think it's necessary for my story and my storytelling to incorporate the excesses that that you see on the internet now I really don't um but you know that's a stylistic thing from for me as a writer um so yeah I'm really excited about this weekend lots of stuff coming so the book of immersion I'll be sharing a bit more because I'm going to look at a chapter each night and sit and you know sit comfortably in the Boudoir just go through it all keep the TV off it's a bit fatal I've been binge watching about the Tudors and they're so fascinating I mean they were so violent oh my goodness so violent really um loads are swearing as well I quite like that I like a bit of swearing but I've got a potty mouth you see um so yeah anyway I'm feeling great and I'm going to go off to the recording studio and do a big old load of recording ready for my single which I want to be out definitely by Monday okay guys catch you later
What is the most financially viable music genre worldwide and why? It's important to note that the financial viability of music genres can vary over time and across regions. However, historically, some genres have demonstrated greater financial success due to factors like global popularity, streaming trends, live performances, and merchandise sales. Keep in mind that the music industry is complex, and success can depend on various factors, including market trends, artist popularity, technological advancements, and more. With that said, here are a few genres that have traditionally shown strong financial viability:Pop Music: Pop music has a broad appeal and tends to attract a wide audience. It often features catchy melodies, relatable lyrics, and can be adapted to various cultures and languages, making it a global phenomenon. Pop artists often have massive fan bases and generate substantial revenue through album sales, streaming, merchandise, and concerts.Hip-Hop/Rap: Hip-hop and rap have seen significant growth in recent years, becoming one of the most dominant genres globally. The rise of streaming platforms and online distribution has allowed hip-hop artists to connect with fans worldwide, leading to substantial streaming numbers and music sales. Additionally, hip-hop culture encompasses fashion, merchandise, and collaborations with brands, contributing to its financial viability.Electronic Dance Music (EDM): EDM has gained massive popularity, especially at music festivals and in club scenes around the world. DJs and electronic artists can earn substantial amounts through performances, residencies in clubs, and even headline festival appearances. Moreover, the genre's strong online presence and remix culture contribute to its financial success.Rock Music: Despite changes in the music landscape, rock music has maintained a significant fan base. Iconic rock bands can still command large audiences at concerts and festivals, leading to substantial ticket sales and merchandise revenue.Country Music: Country music is particularly popular in certain regions, such as the United States. Country artists often enjoy loyal fan bases, and live performances, tours, and merchandise sales play a substantial role in their revenue generation.K-Pop: K-Pop, originating from South Korea, has gained immense international popularity. K-Pop groups often have dedicated fan bases across the globe, leading to high album sales, merchandise purchases, and online engagement. It's important to recognize that success in the music industry is not solely determined by genre. Factors like artist branding, marketing strategies, technological innovations, and changing consumer behaviors all influence an artist's financial viability. Additionally, the music industry can be unpredictable, with trends constantly evolving. For the most up-to-date information on the financial viability of music genres, I recommend consulting industry reports, music charts, and news sources in the current year, as the landscape can change rapidly.
hi guys so I'm allowed to eat in about 40 minutes so I thought what a perfect opportunity to update with everything so my cancer appointment has arrived do you know what it's really weird but I I'm not completely contented until it's over every every Autumn every fall um there's the first of all I was concerned because our National Health Service has been you know really rickety lately and there are so many problems with it so I and I'd heard there were loads of delays so I thought well perhaps it's going to be delayed so you know I've been checking the Mailbox etc etc anyway I've got my appointment it's not till the 20 well the end of September so I've got plenty of time and then as you get closer to the appointment obviously there's another kind of worry where you think oh you know what if they find something um hopefully and I'm pretty sure they won't I mean I'm in the peak of Health at the moment I'm healthier now I feel better now that's the Crux isn't it I feel better now than I've ever felt before in my in my life honestly in my life and this always even if you feel really on top of it a slight concern but the good thing actually is because they test me for um it's a it's a color on a colorectal I think cancer but um nothing to do with my bum it's it started in my appendix I suppose it is a bit to do with my my bum in a way isn't it when I have um you know the what do they call it a colonoscopy or something um I've just declined one because the the whole procedure of that going up your behind is traumatizing it really is and I thought well wait and see if they see anything weird in the blood tests because I'm being tested you know for all things all cancers of the Torso I believe um and the pelvic area and if anything comes up in that and anything comes up in the X-ray then we'll go and stick some awful thing you know up my Nethers um and it'll save if everything's clear that's going to save me so much drama and I'm not sure that you know poking around people is Justified just for the hell of it certainly if you're at risk or if you've got signs or you you're not feeling well things like that absolutely that's definitely what you should do but you know you can make decisions about handling your own care you don't have to say yes to everything I don't think that's very fair you know you can it's really easy when you have cancer just to lose complete complete control feel that you've lost complete complete control over your own body and that's really that's really frightening you know it's a bit like an assault actually you know you can't stop things happening you've got just got to put up with it there's nothing you can do you know these these things resonate with me deeply and and I'm sure they do with a lot of women as well and a lot of men of course of course I don't mean to be sexist there um so anyway that's come for September which is great news and once it's done it's only a CAT scan it's you sort of get in a donut thing and and it's completely painless the drugs they give you they put a catheter in your hand and then they they give you this drug and it feels like if you've ever done poppers in a nightclub if if you're that way inclined um you know when you were in Berlin for that holiday or some such thing um or a heaven in London or you know if you've ever done poppers I remember June poppers on a roof with a man in my misspent youth golly that was a very long time ago and we we watched the sunset high as kite anyway the injection the the fluid that they put into you at when you're having a CAT scan or the what they put into me um is just like that and so what I've started to do now because I've already had four this will be my fifth one so what I've started to do now actually it might be more than that I think I've had a few more I've I've started to think well I don't I don't party anymore and I don't you know I don't do any sort of illicit drug taking so this is the time when I can think back and remember and it feels really nice you know you get a rush a literally A Rush of course you do something going into your bloodstream that's what happens when you when you take drugs isn't it you get this Rush it's immediate rush and we all you know we all like that in the 60s and 70s and 80s and 90s and to naughties so depending on where you come from so um so yeah now I I kind of I'm not scared of it anymore and I've completely cured myself of the blood test needle and the needle for you know the not catheter cannula did I say catheter earlier I meant cannula the cannula needle I'm you know I feel that I'm really almost Brazen about the procedures I I'm not I'm not saying I like it but in a way I do because I know that the results will be they all clear and this is the importance of positive thinking because back when I was first diagnosed I felt that this blood test and this cannula would lead to my death because of me having cancer do you see it's really interesting how my expectations have been completely flipped now and it's that half glass full thing you know half empty half full thing it's a mindset and it's about you know where you come from um in terms of your I was talking about alignment but in terms of you know how you how you're managing your life and where you fit and what's your plan but the the most obvious thing is that when you're depressed or in a breakdown I've had a couple you only see the past you don't see a future so you know looking forward to something is is impossible because there it all there is is bleakness and you know getting out of that it's taken me about eight years no more more I would say it's probably taken me about 20 years actually and this um the the to navigate your way out of Deep depression and mental illness you can't flick a switch and say um I'm gonna sort my [ __ ] out you know I'm going to um from now on it's going to be different you can't do that it's a very slow process and I think that's good to know I think that's really good to know so on the one hand it's one tiny little step at a time and on the other hand is it's looking to a future even if you don't know what's going to happen but feeling positive and good about it do you know what I mean and I treasure I treasure that expectation now and when you're in this upward trajectory hey darling is my cat when you're in an upward trajectory you you can only guess with great positivity what the future holds for for you and your life you know what's happened in the past you also I think when you're in a good mental place you are feeling grounded and you know exactly who you are where you are how you fit you know not fitting in I think is really such a strain on on one's emotions even if it's not true even if actually you are fitting in but you know not feeling like you fit anywhere that's a really really difficult thing to bear it's a mighty cross you know so um so yeah anyway that's all sorted so I've wasted a bit of time only 10 minutes or so um doing this broadcast the other thing I just wanted to mention actually was you can set up a podcast for free there's lots of different places that do it now and the wonderful thing I think about sharing a journey as a podcaster is that it is therapy and even if you talk absolute banal rubbish the act of communicating with you know I mean I get lots of listeners now so I know I do know people are listening but when I first started about 10 years ago you know I might only have two people that listened ever you know um obviously I'm a little bit wiser now about how the internet works and what to do and how to get how to engage people and that comes very easily now and I'm building my brand of course you know ice Overland is now a brand I was never a brand before um so to speak so you know things are much much easier now but I I do think since I've been doing the live videos since for about three days I think two or three days and these this new improved sort of diary podcast that I'm doing I've had way too much less time to do nothing and do when I say do nothing I don't mean actually do nothing because you I'm always on the internet you know I'm always doing I always think I'm doing something but I mean not moving and being in this position which has caused me so much pain I think it's I think it must be RSI because I tell you what guys since I've been doing this this new project I have had zero neck pain I mean how weird is that and I'm coming off all my painkillers so this is really interesting this this tells me that the next year of filming and talking about you know all the stuff that I'm doing as I server learn I'm not going to hurt anymore physically so mentally I'm not hurting anymore and the the physicality of my existence needed to align and it wasn't it wasn't allow aligning because I was on a lot of drugs um you know prescribed drugs medication and because I was hunched up over a computer building my brand in the same position for so long and that is I can't tell you how bad that is for us it really is very very bad for your body so yeah here's to movement guys and obviously intermittent fasting which I'm a bit of a again that's you know in a year I'll stop talking about intermittent fasting but for the moment it's part of the project Darlings so I'm going to talk about it I'm sure I'll find some other things to talk about in a year um of course I do do lots of other things and if you if you're into AI my I've got an AI side as well part of me I'm part at Ai and AI is part me and you know we've got poetry and arts and all sorts of lovely things over on the website oh yes also I set up a chat box for members so if you join if you join the website teleclub website you and you're actually a member I I'm not sure if there's a free I don't think there is a free thing I might try and change that there's definitely a page one and you can you'll become a member and I'm going to make it so that if you are a member you can blog or you know write stuff about
guys I'm having a lie down and I've made myself a cup of coffee it's absolutely unbearable without coffee life is beyond really Beyond I mean the pain in my head absolute throbbing pain and I didn't have my amitriptyline so it could be that but I don't think it is is it it's coffee so I've got a coffee here I'm going to drink it the the detoxing I mean I haven't eaten I'm not eating until two that's that is a Doddle not eating for 24 hours Bring It On Bring it on I have no problem with that but no coffee is other level um cold turkey you know so um I also I need to know if it's the coffee that's giving or the lack of coffee that's giving me headache I know I sound like a junkie don't I like always got an excuse oh my God I don't want to sound like that um I've done my I did 10 minutes on the exercise bike it's all done and I'm I'm well into my fast and I'm detoxing from you know life life and drugs not illegal drugs at this stage of my life you know legal absolutely medication given by the doctor um and I I feel great I feel really energized I've done my exercise but this nagging frontal lobe headache you know so I'm going to let you know I'll show you it live so I take a cup of coffee live on air see if my headache goes look it's here hang onoh my God it's elixir of the Gods and the goddessesum how long does it take to get through your body through your bloodstream I'm guessing quite quickly let's go straight into your stomach and your stomach I don't know just how long does it take to absorb the caffeine do you know what I think it's I think it's workingis this meant is this an emotional attachment is this mind over body is this habit of a body I mean all these questions but you know what I'm the throbbing is lessening guys it's it's true it's absolutely true getting off coffee is worse than getting off heroin oh not that I'd know I've never had to do that I've had to do many things but not that oh yes this is this is bloody marvelous I'm telling you I went into a deep pit there a really a deep pit I'm so glad you could join me to find out how I'm doing I'm gonna be blogging podcasting vlogging filming all day today um I really want to share everything that my body is going to go get put through in the in the coming days I don't think the headache's completely gone um but yeah I'll do an update a bit later on and I'm going to go out shortly and get lots of lovely food high protein food and maybe some nice vegetables yeah when you do this fasting thing this is when you do this fasting thing all you need to do to get you through is look forward to a wonderful meal that you're going to have later or a wonderful cup of coffee or whatever it is dream about it go into your mind's eye and you know see what it is that you're going to devour when your fast is over I mean I can really see why Muslims fast it's such a cleansing time it must be part of the reason why they do it you know to um I mean I don't know anything about the Muslim faith other than Ramadan but I I assume it's to connect more with God what I'm trying to connect with that you know or is it to thank God or something I mean I'm not a religious woman I'm not knowledgeable about the religions of the world I feel a bit ignorant but um hang on a minute[Music] um oh gosh I just want Marvel absolutely marvelous um I think when you when you get rid of food because your your body is not concerned with digestion which takes up so much mind-bending power you know I mean it really is um it's miraculous really but it's also very intense digesting food is intense and you know if you want to feel more grounded that's why I'm doing it I want to feel grounded guys I want to feel uh in control of my illnesses and my you know the aging process I want to feel it connecting to that aging process I don't want to think of it as a a dying process I want to think of it as a living process I think there are lots of ways we can do that actually and this is one of the ways that I'm doing it through fasting regular fasting I'll do this twice a month it's 24 hour and then the rest of the time it's 18 hours through exercise you know I was exhilarated after my I only did 10 minutes and I didn't do it for heart very fast on my exercise bike but I was exhilarated by it completely and utterly exhilarated didn't last long though needed coffee my I had a personal trainer once when I lived in Brighton and he told me that um it was good to have a cup of coffee before your workout because it tells your body that it's going to do something you know it gets it in excitement mode how wonderful I mean it is a drug isn't it right I'm gonna go and drink the rest of this and enjoy the rest of my day I'm going to dream about food and what meal I'm going to have and then I'm going to go to Aldi and I'm going to resist buying a protein bar I don't know if I'll manage that this is so this is really an exercise in will I think that's what the the Muslim thing might be you know um how would I describe that exercising the world to deny something you know that you want it's very strengthening it's very empowering to do that it's it makes me feel um virtuous as well which is ridiculous but it's very empowering to feel that you are your desires don't run away with you you know it's sort of hedonistic eat everything you can Buffet lifestyle that we live in because that's the Crux of it isn't it we can have anything we want and we do it doesn't make us happy exercise restraint you'll enjoy it honestly really enjoy it is that a bit like tantric sex as well excuse me I'm just gonna have another sip of my coffee and think about that umawesome tantric sex I think they delay the orgasm do they ever orgasm I don't even know if they do they delay it because it's it adds to the pleasure I'm not sure how true that is I've never tried it really I mean I think I get annoyed with that I'm celibate so what would I know so yeah anyway that's it I'm off I'll be back soon though I'm not going to leave this uh I'm gonna this is my new regime lots of talking lots of filming lots of sharing no more solitary I server learn it disappearing in my head my headache's completely gone by the way disappearing into my head being isolated you know being a bit autistic about life no more of that so my new regime is sharing sharing and caring so you're going to hear a lot of me going on see you later
What are the best coffees for people suffering from heartburnIf you're experiencing heartburn, it's important to choose coffee options that are less likely to exacerbate your symptoms. Heartburn is often triggered by the acidity of certain foods and beverages, including coffee. Here are some tips on selecting the best coffee options if you're dealing with heartburn:Low Acid Coffee: Look for coffee that is labeled as "low acid" or "smooth." These varieties are often processed in a way that reduces the overall acidity of the beans.Dark Roast: Dark roasted coffee beans tend to have lower acidity compared to lighter roasts. The roasting process breaks down some of the compounds responsible for acidity.Decaffeinated Coffee: Regular coffee contains caffeine, which can relax the lower esophageal sphincter, potentially contributing to acid reflux. Decaffeinated coffee might be a better option for some individuals.Cold Brew Coffee: Cold brew coffee is typically less acidic than hot brewed coffee. The extended brewing process uses cold water and time to extract flavors, resulting in a smoother and less acidic beverage.Coffee Alternatives: If coffee continues to trigger heartburn, you might consider switching to coffee alternatives like herbal teas, chicory root coffee, or grain-based beverages.Almond Milk or Oat Milk: If you enjoy coffee with milk, consider using almond milk or oat milk instead of cow's milk. These alternatives are generally lower in fat and may be better tolerated by some individuals.Avoid Additives: Be cautious with additives like whipped cream, flavored syrups, and sweeteners, as these can contribute to acidity and potentially worsen heartburn.Portion Control: Limit the amount of coffee you consume in one sitting. Smaller portions might be gentler on your digestive system.Experiment: Every individual's tolerance to coffee varies. It's a good idea to experiment with different options to see what works best for you. Keep a food journal to track how different coffee choices affect your symptoms.Consult a Doctor: If heartburn is a chronic issue for you, it's recommended to consult a medical professional. They can provide personalized advice based on your health condition and recommend suitable strategies to manage your symptoms.Remember that while these tips might help reduce the likelihood of triggering heartburn, individual responses can vary. It's always best to listen to your body and make choices that align with your personal comfort and health goals.
Join me all day today as I start my new regime for long life and emotional and physical connection to my universe.
