You're Doing Too Much

You're Doing Too Much

If you want to get serious about growing your business, you need to stop overcommitting yourself. It's time to do less, but better.    Stepping out of that coach identity and into that of a leader.
It's time to stop self-censoring and start saying and doing things that expand you (and your business).  The more you focus on other coaches, other peoples opinions and what you feel like you "should" be doing, the more constricted and small you feel. Operating from a place of fear doesn't lead to a fulfilling, impactful business.    Did this resonate? Let me know over on Insta Message Me
To scale your business, you can't just be the "coach", you need to transcend that identity and become a business owner and leader.    In this episode I speak through the 3 roles you need to fulfil to grow your business.    Chat to me over on Instagram: Message Me
In this episode I'm joined by the awesome SCC Coach - Sian. Since working together she has increased prices, signed clients up consistently and with more ease, simplified her marketing and converted her launch based group programme into an evergreen model.   We chat through what we've done together and how it's helped her in her business.   Want to work together to turn your 121 coaching into a signature process so you can increase prices, simplify marketing and sign clients without sales calls? Most coaches think they have a business when really they have a job (they just happen to be their own boss). In this episode, I break down how you can create client results that are less reliant on you, your energy and time. And also how you can run a more stable business that can run without you needing to do everything.    Build A Business Less Reliant on You: Chat To Me
At the moment you think that to charge more, you need to offer more. - More access - More resources - More support In this episode I break down why that's not the case and what you need to do instead. Message me
AI is everywhere - and there's no doubt that it's going to change the coaching industry. Many coaches won't make it through (especially if all they do is write personalised plans and do check-ins)   Here I discuss the key things you need to build your business around for it to survive the AI boom.   Like the episode? I believe that a dream business gives you freedom, fulfilment and financial stability.  Freedom + Fulfilment - financial stability = starving artist Freedom + financial stability - fulfilment = trapped in misalignment Financial stability + fulfilment - freedom = feeling stuck, with no room to scale In this episode I discuss how you create a business with all 3Fs and what to avoid.  Enjoying the podcast? Having high retention is the ONLY way to grow a business that feels stable. In this episode, I cover the key things you need to reduce client churn.  Tell me what you think of the episode over on Instagram: DM me On Insta
You're stuck in client delivery. To scale means to work even more - more check ins, more calls, more DM access, more programmes to set up. That doesn't sound very appealing so maybe you've considered hiring a success coach.  This episode will show you how to scale without needing to hire another coach! Want my help to implement a more scaleable model in your business that doesn't compromise your energy or client results? DM me SCC on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/ellaskilledcoachclub/
In this episode, I break down why your current approach to 1:1 coaching isn't as fundamental to client results as you think.  - Why check-ins aren't key - Alternative ways to get results - Moving away from "121" and towards transformation leader   Want to see how I can help you install a leveraged model into your business? I'm joined in this episode by the lovely Amie Barlow (https://www.instagram.com/amiebfit_/)    We discuss life as a neurodivergent business owner. As well as ways that having ADHD impacts health and fitness behaviours and specifically how Amie coaches women with ADHD to reach their full potential.
