Welcome to Episode 46: Mind Your Timing
In this episode, we explore the importance of minding your timing and how divine timing shapes our lives. We discuss the tendency to compare our progress with others, and how each person’s unique gestation period depends on the nature of what they are working on. Together, we unpack how trusting the process, letting go of comparison, and embracing patience allow us to align with our personal timing. This conversation highlights the power of faith and trust in the flow of life’s events, ensuring that everything unfolds at the right moment.
Welcome to Episode 45: Mind Your Ancestors
In this episode of Mind Your Ancestors, we explore how our identity is deeply intertwined with the lives, struggles, and stories of our ancestors. We discuss the traumas they faced, the generational patterns that we may unconsciously carry, and how we can work on healing these wounds by collaborating with specialists, such as therapists or spiritual guides.
Through this work, we begin to reclaim the power within ourselves that comes from truly understanding where we come from. We’ll also dive into the spiritual aspect of ancestral connection—how tapping into these stories can strengthen our intuition, awaken a deeper sense of spirituality, and remind us that we are supported by spiritual guardians.
By acknowledging the past and actively healing inherited traumas, we discover that we hold far more strength and power within ourselves than we realize. Tune in for a transformative conversation about the path to self-awareness and healing through the lens of ancestral wisdom.
Welcome to Episode 44: Mindful Patience
In this episode, we explore the concept of patience and its significance in our fast-paced lives. We discuss the challenges of maintaining patience and the numerous benefits it brings, from better decision-making and mental well-being to stronger relationships.
We often chase instant gratification and lose sight of how delays in life assisted with patience can actually help us achieve even more than we realise. This is linked to the role of the law of gestation and divine timing, which we sometimes need to be reminded about.
Using the examples of Homer and Spock brains (taken from the book "Nudge by Richard H. Thaler and Cass R. Sunstein), we highlight how our brains navigate between impulsive and thoughtful decisions. We examine the role of patience in leadership, showing how it helps balance quick actions with careful deliberation, leading to more effective outcomes.
Sometimes impatience might be necessary, so we need to recognise that swift action can sometimes be crucial. The importance of self-patience is emphasised, as being patient with yourself is key to personal growth and nurturing healthier relationships.
The episode concludes with a reflection on how patience is not just about waiting but about maintaining focus and clarity in all areas of life, ultimately leading to greater satisfaction and success.

With a keen eye on the detrimental effects of measuring our worth against others' curated lives, we guide listeners through the pitfalls and possibilities of comparison, particularly in the digital era.
Through open discussions and expert insights, the episode highlights how social media platforms often serve as breeding grounds for comparison, as individuals meticulously craft and curate their online personas,

discover the transformative potential of gratitude.
Through inspiring anecdotes and practical exercises, we help demonstrate how comparing ourselves to those
less fortunate can foster a sense of appreciation for the blessings in our own lives.

Welcome to Episode 33: Mind Your Truth
The truth will set you free...so they say. What do we mean when we say "mind your truth?" - we are referring to being truthful and honest with yourself on a very deep and intrinsic level. You must understand that there are many different version of truths and we discuss this further in this episode. Ultimately there will be times our minds our clouded with what we believe to be our truth, and often only realise through deeper digging that actually we hold a very alternative truth for ourselves than initially thought. Our truth is linked to deep set beliefs, which are often imprinted upon us during our childhood, through both upbringing and environment. Therefore it is no wonder it is often a 'warped' reality. In this episode we discuss the importance of why we need to be truthful with ourselves as well as the negative impact for when we don't follow our own truths, such as falling into the people pleasing trap.

Welcome to Episode 32: Mind Your Energy
So how would you describe energy? Energy has many different forms; from viewing it in a scientific way all the way to thinking of it in terms of vibration, frequency and flow of energy required for creativity. Thoughts and feelings hold energy. Emotions are “Energy-in-Motion”. Sometimes we feel our energy has been zapped by “energy vampires”, other times we can “feel the energy of a room”. Whichever way you choose to view energy, it comes down to the same thing: that energy is neither created nor destroyed, it's always constant, it always has been, and it always will be. The key thing to notice is that it just transforms from one form to another whilst remaining constant. Join us in this episode as we uncover our perception of energy and provide you with useful tips on how to not only protect your energy, but to also maximise your energy to become the most productive and healthy version of YOU!

Welcome to Episode 31: Mind Your Time
Time is such a valuable commodity that we sometimes misunderstand or take for granted. We hear many terms like "time is money", or "time flies when you are having fun" but may not always appreciate what the construct of time even is. Time management can be a misconception, because can time truly be managed? The reason why many organisations are hot on "time management" is often down to the requirement of increased productivity, however there are many productive people who can do the said task in half the time of some of their counterparts. Join us in this episode where we discuss our own concept of time, bringing in timing in relation to goal setting and completing tasks, how to spend time wisely and how to prioritise use of quality time and balancing time with loved ones too. We discuss how to be realistic and plan ahead in a structured way so that you can ensure your time is spent in the most productive way so you can cut out being busy doing nothing and therefore increase your focus and attention on essential tasks.

Welcome to Episode 30: Mind Your Intentions
Our intentions can either create paradise for us or havoc, which is why we need to be mindful of what our intentions are! Sometimes we can set out with the best of intentions for the best outcome and end up causing misunderstandings instead, and then we often will sit there and wonder why. Many times we are driven by underlying intentions we do not even realise that we carry, and it is only until we stop and explore this part of ourselves that we can gain true insight into how these sub-intentions drive our results. A great way we can do this is by reflecting on past intentions and the results they created. In this episode we discuss reasons as to why unsatisfactory results can still be created even when you mean well, and how our intentions are deeply linked to other fundamental parts of ourselves such as our identities, our attitudes and behaviours and even our karma. We also discuss how intentions are linked to manifestations and how we can use these to our advantage.

Welcome to Episode 29: Mind Your Identity
Identity can be perceived and described in many ways - from our personality traits, our job titles, or even our behaviour and characteristics, but one thing is for certain that our identity is not rigid and can indeed be fluid to evolve and adapt to meet our needs. Our identity may compile of the many different masks we wear under different circumstances but the core that runs through us can be very innate and there are some elements of who we are that we are simply born with. Sometimes how we identify ourselves can hold us prisoner to living our life a certain way, and only by changing this narrative do we hold the power to change the direction of where we are going, impacting how we live our lives and ultimately linking through to what we end up achieving in our lives. Come join us in this episode where we discuss how holding onto different identities can affect us and why there is a way forward to not just work on ourselves, but also look for better identities in others too.

Welcome to Episode 27: Mind Your Comfort Zone
The comfort zone can be real safe space that is needed at times. However is can also be a space where we remain to avoid taking on anything that we feel may be a risk or cause any form of failure. Remaining in this space can often hold us back from becoming fuller versions of ourselves and tapping into our potential. In this episode we explore why the comfort zone exists for many of us and how we can start to step outside of this space. There are so many more benefits of coming out of the comfort zone which outweigh staying in it by a mile. By sharing our very own experiences of facing our fears, we hope to provide you with insight on how you can begin breaking the mental barriers and how you can build up the courage to begin to do so. It is time to step into your growth zone!
