Elizabeth had always struggled with food, but things got worse when she reached her 30’s. She noticed how food affected her energy, so she started judging the food she ate and obsessed about every single detail.  This obsession eventually caused her to lack confidence which greatly affected her relationships. She was constantly jealous and a lot of insecurities started manifesting in the way she related with others. But Elizabeth realized that she needed to make a change.
