Imagine if 4-day work weeks didn’t only occur when a holiday weekend rolls around. Beyond more free time, do shorter work weeks also create financial gain? Today’s case study explores that question with Erin Diehl, founder of B2B professional development company, Improve It and best-selling author of “I see You! A Leader’s Guide to Energize Your Team Through Radical Empathy.” After a life altering concussion last year, Erin knew she needed to prioritize her physical and mental health, which prompted her to research the logistics of working only 4 days per week. In October 2023, her company piloted this new structure for all internal staff for 90 days, creating benchmarks to help them determine if this trial had been a success. Now nearly a year later, they’re still going strong with 4 day work weeks and have hit their end of quarter revenue goals for three straight quarters, seeing as large as a 77% growth in a single quarter. Here’s the process Erin and her team used to successfully implement this. Feeling bored of doing the same launch over and over in your business, but not the ambition of starting and selling a new offer from scratch? Today’s case study is a test of the perfect in between solution: selling a live cohort of an existing digital course with a low lift launch. Candice Ward, food photographer and monetization coach for other food bloggers and content creators, decided to put a poll up on her IG story asking her followers if they would be interested in a 12 week, implementation-focused VIP coaching cohort of her signature course. After receiving a positive response, she built out her new offer with minimal effort the very next day, selling only to those who had virtually raised their hand on her Instagram stories. By quietly launching only to this exclusive group through Instagram stories and DMs, Candice sold out of all spots, injecting $12K into her business in just 6 days! We’ve got the full scoop on this quiet launch and how you can replicate something similar to refresh your digital courses (and revenue). I always say, the best business ideas come from looking outside your own industry. Today’s case study affirms just that. In 3 short years, this CEO has 3Xed her revenue without increasing her marketing spend AT ALL. In fact, she’s spending a fraction of what her competitors’ are, with greater success. The client acquisition engine that grew her business from $1 to $6 million? A robust, mostly automated referral network. Vanessa Rissetto is the co-founder and CEO of Culina Health, a revolutionary clinical nutrition care company, giving best-in-class virtual nutrition care covered by insurance. Instead of selling their services directly to the patient, they’ve structured a referral system with doctors and physicians who send their patients directly to them. This referral program has grown by 9x in the last 3 years, generating 85% of the company’s overall revenue. Here’s the kicker though: there are no financial incentives involved for the referral partners. So what motivates the referral partners to keep sending new clients their way? Keep listening to find out. View the transcript for this episode at: https://otter.ai/u/y9T7HJatL2JnUoAPmuukHXjDPPE?utm_source=copy_url Thank you to our sponsors! Many entrepreneurs wouldn’t consider it, especially after being in business for years, but this CEO makes a solid case for why selective pro bono work pays off - sometimes more than you would have even netted from charging for the original service. Tracy Marlowe, founder of marketing agency Creative Noggin, has consistently taken on 1-2 pro bono projects a year. In today’s case study, Tracy details how she’s made MILLIONS of dollars in ROI over the years with this unconventional marketing strategy, either landing paid contracts with satisfied pro bono clients, or referrals from other businesses who were impressed with her work. The media tends to portray women as over-spenders who are bad with money, causing Kickstart Accounting founder Danielle Hayden to notice that many of her new clients would come in asking “where can I cut back?” But Danielle, who runs a 7 figure bookkeeping and accounting agency, challenges that narrative by examining where women are actually underspending in their businesses in a way that is prohibitive to reaching their goals. In this case study, we dissect how Danielle is spending $113,223 on outsourced services for her business this year to drive growth, and why she has no desire to bring these roles in-house. We’ll itemize every outsourced service, how much return she gets on these investments, and the process she uses to discern which roles should be hired in-house versus outsourced to an expert. If you’re a longtime listener, you know getting in front of borrowed traffic is our favorite audience growth strategy, and today’s case study on hosting roundtables affirms why. Women’s leadership expert and founder of Safi Media, Eleanor Beaton, has successfully hosted 14 roundtables since Q4 2021, inviting aligned speakers to join her for hot button conversations and growing her email list by 2655 highly vetted subscribers in the process. The roundtables may be free to attend, but they have collectively driven $884,000 in post-event sales from attendees. We ask Eleanor all the questions you want to know to replicate this strategy in your own business, from the logistics of promoting, inviting speakers, and facilitating roundtable conversations, to which roundtable topics drew the biggest crowds and how to best approach the post-event sales process without scaring your new leads away. Want to weed out the freebie seekers in your next launch? Try this pre-launch strategy on for size. Kelsey McCormick, founder of Coming Up Roses, knows that launch strategies are ever evolving, so she’s tested MULTIPLE top-of-funnel approaches ranging from challenges to workshops to quizzes. But she recently discovered that the best way to get intentional buyers for her $1500 program was to identify the people in her community who were serious about the transformation she offered AND had buying power! She did this by creating a limited series private podcast priced at $99 to access. This strategy converted 30% of listeners into program students, generating $108,000 in sales between two live launches! In today’s case study, we dig into the data from Kelsey’s January and May launches to uncover the private podcast content, structure, and timelines that move listeners to take action. You may be overcomplicating your launches… While in the midst of a health scare juggling appointments, surgeries, and literally being unable to speak for periods of time, list-building expert and business matchmaker Linda Sidhu still pulled off a $330K launch. She didn’t use any of the traditional methods during her launch to promote her offer, like ads, webinars, social media posts, or email blasts. All of her new buyers were referred by her network of clients, peers, and mentors. Linda is a testament to why community is the greatest lifeline for your business, and in this case study, she details exactly how she supercharged word of mouth sales to enroll 98 members for a $3500 offer. As humans, we are subconsciously attracted to or trusting of things that feel familiar. Today’s case study examines how executive assistant Kiri Mohan, who also doubles as a coach for freelancers who work corporate jobs, used this to her advantage to double her revenue in one year - all while working 25 hours a week as a solopreneur. By implementing a simple reflection framework, Kiri studied the brand colors, imagery, copy, social media, and website of her ideal clients, and started reflecting similar qualities in her own brand presentation and messaging. Doing this not only attracted the exact kind of clients that Kiri wanted to work with, but it allowed her to increase her pricing - going from working $40 per hour trading time for money to $5K per month retainer contracts. This reflection process is brilliant, let’s dig in. View the transcript for this episode at: https://otter.ai/u/MIP2e93j4NJhvurHEpGYF6gwEo0?utm_source=copy_url Thank you to our sponsors! I'm still binge listening this podcast and so far I love it, but not a fan of the new format she decided to go with. the "lightning round questions" so are irrelevant to the podcast, I've been skipping through them. I liked the old format she had been using. like I said I'm still binge listening so hopefully the more I catch up the better it gets or she goes back to the old format. before the "new format", I was enjoying the informative guests and subjects and the advice for new entrepreneurs such as myself. So I'm rating this podcast 3 stars for now and then I'll update after I catch up all the way

"Cubicle to CEO" is a phrase often used to describe the journey of someone who starts their career in a lower-level or entry-level position and rises through https://globaltimeusa.com/pof-login/ the ranks to become the CEO (Chief Executive Officer) of a company. This term is often used to reflect the idea that, with hard work, dedication, and determination, anyone can achieve their career goals and become a successful leader.
