Welcome back to Rebelle Stories, the podcast where we dive deep into the messy, beautiful, and often complicated journey of life, love, and self-discovery.Today, we're doing something a little different. Instead of interviewing a guest about their life story, we’re focusing on a universal experience: navigating relationships in your 20s. We're talking about everything from dating apps and social media's influence to the generational differences in how we approach love and commitment. Our guest is a courageous young woman who will share her raw, honest perspective on what she's learned, what she'd do differently, and how her view on relationships compares to her parents' experiences. This conversation is for anyone who’s ever felt confused, heartbroken, or hopeful about love and connection in the modern world. Get ready for a candid chat that will make you reflect on your own journey.Let's rebelle on and dive in.A huge thank you to our guest for so openly sharing her experiences and wisdom. Her honesty about the struggles and triumphs of navigating relationships in her 20s is a powerful reminder that we're all on a journey of learning and growth. Her reflections on what she'd do differently—like trusting her gut, setting boundaries, and not being afraid to walk away—are lessons we can all carry with us, no matter our age. It was especially fascinating to hear her perspective on how different the dating landscape is today compared to her parents' era, and how she's redefining what a healthy, fulfilling relationship means to her.The takeaway from today's conversation is this: your 20s are a time for self-discovery, and that includes figuring out what you want and deserve in your relationships. It's okay to make mistakes, to learn hard lessons, and to change your mind. The most important relationship you have is the one with yourself, and everything else flows from there.Thank you for tuning in to this special episode of Rebelle Stories. If today's conversation resonated with you, please share this episode with a friend and leave a review. And as always, peace, love, rebelle on, as the light within shines brightly from within to those without. If you have been in step with our parent organization, rebelle with a cause inc., you may know that our founder was impacted by childhood domestic violence and through her career in the beauty industry an avenue was opened up to support women and girls experiencing relationship abuse. We intentionally use lowercase for "rebelle with a cause" because we believe that no woman's story, no individual's journey, is more important than another's. We stand together, united in our shared experiences and collective strength. A few months ago our founder was fortunate to have a seat on a panel discussion with three community artivists hosted by the multi-hyphenated Jasmine Washington founder of The First of Many as they spoke about turning pain into power: transforming trauma into art, impact and purpose. We will only be sharing our Founder’s why on this episode but do follow Jasmine Washington for her wonderful work in the community.Thank you for joining us and supporting our mission. rebelle heart teamIG: therebellewithacause This is a public episode.
