🌬 Relaxation Body Scan

Let’s begin by arriving in the body.

Close your eyes if you can.Bring one hand to your heart… the other to your belly.Let your breath settle. Feel the ground beneath you.

Now slowly bring your awareness to the top of your head.Soften your forehead… your eyes… your jaw.Let your shoulders drop.Feel your arms grow heavy, your hands rest easy.

Relax your chest. Let your belly rise.Soften the hips… the legs… all the way down to your toes.Feel your whole body as one quiet, peaceful presence.

🌬 Breath Practice

And now, let’s breathe together.

Inhale through your nose for 4 counts…Hold for 2…Exhale softly through the mouth for 6.

Do that once more — and as you exhale, imagine anything heavy dissolving…Let the breath bring you home.
