Good morning and welcome to Tuesday Musings. Hi I’m Juli (Peaceful Healer) and this morning take a moment to gently awaken, energise your body, and set the tone for a beautiful day. Let’s begin by bringing your awareness to your breath.Take a deep breath in through your nose… and as you exhale through your mouth, let go of any heaviness or tension.Breathe in again, feeling the air filling your lungs… Hold it gently for a moment… And exhale completely, releasing anything you don’t need right now.One more deep breath in… and out. Let your body soften and relax as you settle into this moment of calm.
Morning Light Awakens YouNow, imagine the first soft rays of sunlight streaming through your window. The golden light touches your skin, warm and gentle. It whispers to you, ‘It’s time to rise.’See this light filling the room, brightening your space and your spirit. Let its warmth move through you, from the crown of your head to the tips of your toes.Feel its energy awakening every cell in your body, recharging you with strength and vitality.
Affirmations of Energy and Intention:"As you breathe in this morning light, silently or aloud, repeat these affirmations:
* I wake with ease and grace.
* I am strong, resilient, and energised.
* This day is a gift, and I meet it with joy and purpose.Pause for a moment and let these words settle into your heart. Feel them becoming your truth."
Breathwork for Energy:"Let’s energise the body with a short breath-work practice.Breathe in deeply for a count of four… One, two, three, four… Hold for two… One, two… And exhale slowly for six… Six, five, four, three, two, one.Let’s do that again. Inhale for four… Hold for two… And exhale for six.One more time. Feel your body waking up with each breath, bringing in fresh energy and letting go of any fatigue."
If you’re lying down, start by wiggling your fingers and toes. Stretch your arms overhead, lengthening your body like you’re reaching for the morning sky.If you’re sitting, gently roll your shoulders back and forth, loosening any tension. Tilt your head side to side, giving your neck a soft stretch."Bring one hand to your heart and the other to your belly. Feel the gentle rise and fall of your breath.Take a moment to set an intention for your day. Ask yourself: What do I want to invite into my day today? It could be peace, focus, joy, or simply energy.Hold this intention close as you breathe, letting it guide you through the hours ahead.
Finally, bring your awareness back to the present moment. Thank yourself for this time of self-care.When you’re ready, open your eyes and greet the day with a smile.Carry this light, energy, and intention with you, knowing you have everything you need to move through your day with ease."You’ve begun your day with care and energy. Take this momentum forward. Now, it’s time to move into your exercises or your morning routine, knowing you’ve set the perfect tone for today.
