*You are alive.
That in itself is a quiet miracle.In this very moment—your heart is beating.Your lungs are breathing.Your spirit is here.
So today, I invite you to come home to yourself.
To ask not just, “How am I doing?”But:✨ What am I feeling?✨ What is my heart asking for?✨ What brings me peace… or joy… or quiet strength today?✨ When was the last time I truly knew myself?
You are not a machine.You are a feeling, sensing, deeply alive being.
There is no one else who sees the world exactly as you do.No one with your particular blend of wonder and weariness.Of longing, courage, and creativity.
You are not just here to cope.You’re here to feel. To connect. To laugh until your stomach aches.To sit quietly with the trees and know peace.To touch the world with your light—without needing to prove a thing.
You deserve to know yourselfthe way you wish to be known by others.
Gently.Fully.Without judgment.With awe.
So again, let me ask:How are you—truly, tenderly, deeply?
And if you’re not sure? That’s okay.The asking is the beginning.The willingness to sit with yourself is where the beauty starts.
