Let me introduce you to the tool that I will use to help you reframe your alcohol beliefs - the ACT technique. I first heard and learned about this from Annie Grace, author of This Naked Mind.

This is one of the core tools that we will use to reframe your conscious and subconscious beliefs around alcohol.
