Description

When his neighbor began taking him to State Park Speedway in a tow truck, it soon turned into pedaling his bike to the end of his favorite driver's driveway. That then led to becoming part of the team. At an early age of being taken under the wing of Mark Mackesy and his crew, Tom Ress developed of passion and desire for learning the technical aspects of what makes a race car capable of winning. After years of working with a veteran driver, Tom began working with talented up and comers, such as, Jerry Brickner, Natalie Decker, and Luke Fenhaus. When working with young talented drivers, Tom's success came from being more than just a crew chief, but the ability to be a mentor and a desire to help others succeed.
