Description

This week on The Library Talks Podcast, host Alfie is joined by colleague Dhana, a Customer Service Assistant for Sutton Libraries for a conversation about how the Covid-19 pandemic has affected libraries.

We cover new ways of working that have been developed as a response to the situation and wonder which new measures will continue into a post-Covid world. In an insight into how library staff have helped the pandemic response, we reflect on our respective voluntary redeployment positions, undertaken when libraries were forced to close in the early days of the pandemic.

Dhana is a Customer Service Assistant working across the London Borough of Sutton in all library branches and Heritage Houses.
