Tom is responsible for managing the company, formulating long-term strategies, and driving growth.

Tom has applied his experience and leadership philosophy in his forthcoming book, Amplifiers: How Great Leaders Magnify the Power of Teams, Increase the Impact of Organizations, and Turn Up the Volume on Positive Change.
