Description

PIO Todd Harmeson and the Executive Director of Madison County EMA, Tom Ecker sit down and discuss the value volunteers bring to an agency like ours. MCEMA is made up of 7 divisions of a total of 110 volunteers. Without the volunteers, the essential functions MCEMA provides to Madison County would cost hundreds of thousands of dollars in labor for paid employees. As Tom put it, we are “Unpaid Professionals”
