It's the official debut of the Briefing Chamber! Listen to some calls I made to my note investor friends and their hilarious responses to the question: Are you buying notes right now?
I based this question on my theory that the market shift in 2016 from red to blue was going to negatively impact non-performing note investors and leave the rest scratching their heads on what to do next.
Was my hypothesis correct? The answer actually surprised me!
