Throughout his career, François Barel has worked with chefs from across the world representing a total of 11 Michelin stars. He has over two decades of experience in some of the most exquisite restaurants, and notably Joël Robuchon in Singapore.
As a way to impart his experience with the next generation, François also lectured at NYP, where he taught about Wine, Spirits, and Mixology in the Food and Beverage Management programme.
François is now the Head Educator at renown fine wine merchant Grand Vin.
