A discussion with Toby Vowels.

Toby is a Construction Recruitment Consultant for Harper Harrison. Toby has a wealth of experience acting as an Estate Agent prior to becoming a recruiter in late 2019. Toby is currently looking into undertaking a HNC in Construction Management on a part time basis. 

We discuss Toby's early beginnings in construction with his dad at a young age and his career progression into recruitment. Toby explains the importance of networking and reaching out to new people as well as sharing some of his lessons learnt and why approaching a reputable recruiter can be invaluable to those beginning their construction professional careers.
