A discussion with Jake Morrish.
Jake is an Assistant Site Manager for Redrow Home based in Yorkshire. He has a bachelors degree in Construction Management from Leeds Becket University and until recently, was the CIOB Novus Chair for Leeds.
Jake discusses his route into construction including how he ended up with one of the biggest housing developers in the country. Jake explains his experiences networking and how he believes it helped gain him a job at Wates and essentially kick-starting his career. Jake also provides advice for those starting out their professional careers as well as some of the challenges he has faced.
