Kenneth Morgan is from Toronto, Canada, has been living in China for the past 6-years, and has been practicing for over two decades. 

He holds the rank of Jodo 5-Dan and Iaido 4-Dan, and assists instruction at a CKOU dojo in Beijing.

In this wide-ranging conversation we dive into the discipline and technical benefits of lifting, and about travelling the world and continuing budo practice in areas of varying maturity. This was a fascinating exploration of differences in cultures, government structures, and the need for patience and resilience in continuing a practice that you love.
