Our guest, Rachelle Zemlok, is a psychologist, public speaker, author, specialist in law enforcement and firefighter families as well as a podcast host of Code 3 Families. Rachelle and I take a dive into how the unique family dynamics and challenges created by having a spouse or partner who is a first responder can be navigated with more ease and grace.
