The intention of this show is to bring together men and women in harmony and honor each other's masculine and feminine energetic cores for those who desire a polarized relationship.

In this episode of For the Love of Men we discuss:

• Communication creates the structure for the Feminine to feel safe to surrender (and play!). Action Item: Take the lead and let us know the game plan


• Planning ahead of time allows a woman to transition from her Masculine energy (work mode) into her Feminine energy (the most refreshing version of her) and create the most polarity. Action Item: Give her the opportunity to relax into her femininity when you give her a few days heads up (extra points if you let her know at the end of the date)


• Take the lead- you are the structure of the partnership. When you focus on moving the relationship forward, it provides the next step for us to follow. Action Item: Provide the next step. Clarity= ease.


• Hold space for her feelings. Women express in feelings, when she's sharing feelings it is because she trusts you and is hoping to "connect" with you. Action Item: The way to help her is to ask her what she needs/"feels". Doing this gifts her the space to experience being seen and safe (this is an attractive building experience for her)


• Be present. The feminine feels safe when she is receiving all of your attention (often quality> quantity) Action Item: Study her with curiosity and ask questions (it doesn't feel invasive when it's done with curiosity). Bonus points- reflect on how you experience her.
