Description

Download the list of Level One Targets and Activities.

Children need many opportunities to develop their muscles while in a prone position (on their tummy). You can still spend face-to-face time with your child while having them lay on their tummy or side. (Plus you get to lay down for a few minutes!)

Social interaction is the foundation for all communication. When we are teaching speech and language skills, we need to keep the social reasons for communicating at the center of our activities.

Today’s activity: Look at each other, talk and smile while your child is on their tummy.
