Baha is the founder of Solution Folder, the Author of “Playbook for Engaged Employees” and a Global Trainer & Speaker on Psychological Safety, Agile, and Resilience.

Baha and I met more than 10 years ago. At the time, we were both working in the Tech sector in Dublin.

Recently, I started seeing Baha’s posts on Linkedin about psychological safety and employee engagement. I felt compelled to reach out and invite him for a chat. He only had 40 minutes but something tells me that we will talk again.
