We were recently joined for dinner by Aldo Vacca of Produttori del Barbaresco. While he was here, he talked to us about the differences between the wines of Barbaresco and Barolo, the characteristics of the Nebbiolo grape variety, and the history of Produttori del Barbaresco.

Aldo also shared with us his thoughts on the latest riserva releases, what makes the 2015 vintage great in Barbaresco and his favourite wines of the vintage.
