This is the fourth in our series of podcasts looking into Burgundy 2018. On one of our many trips to Burgundy in 2019 we took the opportunity to interview some of the top producers to gain an insight into the 2018 vintage.

This episode features the Burgundian producer Laurent Ponsot. One of the world’s most famous winemakers, in part due to his 36 years at Domaine Ponsot and his role in thwarting the notorious fake wine scandal featured in the documentary Sour Grapes. Laurent talks about his new eponymous venture as an haute couture négociant, his thoughts on the 2018 vintage, his latest innovations in the winery and his revolutionary high-tech packaging.
