Feeling like you have lower energy, lower mood, experiencing a change in appetite & feeling withdrawn - could be to do with the shift into colder/darker months. I'll discuss:



  • What is S.A.D and why do some of us experience it?

  • Why women, especially of colour, may experience S.A.D more deeply

  • How climate change is impacting our mood



  • Wai Ways (ie tips & tools) on how to acknowledge, embrace & manage symptoms associated with S.A.D. including the importance of Vitamin D
