Making any investment in your business is a big decision. In the beginning, you're not sure exactly what to invest in. Later on, you might feel a bit frustrated with some investments that didn't turn out the way you wanted them to. I recorded this episode to share a bit of the behind-the-scenes about how I think about investing in my own business, how I choose to see the "bad" business investments I've made and some perspectives to help you know what the right investments are for you.
