Description
Join Dr. Kiltz and guest Benjamin Smith as they dive into the secrets of fighting inflammation, the power of the glycocalyx, the mind-body connection, optimizing sleep and nutrition, and the vital links between water, fat, and disease.
Benjamin Smith is an author and health coach. In his early 20s he thought about pursuing a career in the medical field, specifically a naturopath. Life changed course and he got into the automotive detailing industry, owning his own company for the last 30 years.
In 2012 he became obsessed with why people get chronic disease. That year his sister died of cancer.
In 2014, he dove deep into water’s amazing properties. He learned that water had memory and could hold information.
Fast-forward to 2019, and Ben realizes he needs to share this information with the people around him and with his loved ones. He decides to become a health coach. After much research, he signs up for The Primal Health Coach Institute, which aligns with his values. After getting his certificate, he realizes he wants to help people through teaching and lecturing.
A friend of his suggested, “Why don’t you write a book?“. Over the past four years, he has been researching and working on this book, and it has finally come to fruition. This “model” that he created and developed is a decade of research and reviewing hundreds of articles as well as talking and learning from experts in their respective fields. He hopes this model gives others hope and value.
