Learning how to stop my negative thoughts as quickly and easily as possible is something I am always working at. It can be so frustrating when they come back, especially when I think I'm doing so well with my self-love and positive self-talk.
This morning, I found myself in another negative spiral, and I couldn't make it stop. I kept trying to encourage myself, believe in myself, and tell myself why I was worthy and valuable. But nothing was working and I finally just gave up. It was at this moment, I tried something I never have before and felt instant and profound relief.
