How can one know when it’s truly their time to ‘answer the call’?

Today on the podcast, I sit down for a chat with Shadawn McCants, who talks about her experience of deciding to take the mask off and answer the call, which allowed her to intervene with her destiny and live of purpose. She is the author of the chapter I’m Bigger Than That, from When Destiny Needs An Intervention.

Shadawn McCants couldn't be more deliberate in her work to silence the shame and change the face of HIV specifically for Black women and girls.

Shadawn has made the choice to step in the arena, live courageously, connected, and authentic. Her mission is to educate, advocate, and bring awareness of the role wellness, trauma and mental health have on the effectiveness of prevention and ending the HIV pandemic.
