My son has had Night Terrors for 10 years and doctors just say he will grow out of it. It's crazy to watch him go through it and he never has a memory of it. His teachers have also noticed him in a state "daydreaming" during the day. This podcast has really opened my eyes on so.e things with his lack of sleep. I'd love to have more information on these subjects. Thank you.
