Dr. Roque is a clinical lion that practices dentistry for Greenberg Dental and Orthodontics in Sarasota, Fl. He attended Creighton University School of Dentistry. Following his 4 year degree at Creighton, Dr. Roque attended an AEGD program where he honed his clinical skills with an emphasis on Endodontics. Tune in to hear about Dr. Roque’s experience on how he handles difficult conversations with his patients. Dr. Roque discusses the time he perforated a tooth on a root canal procedure and recalls how he handled explaining it to the patient. He provides the do’s and don’ts when having these conversations that can make them go much more smoothly for you and the patient. Dentists are human and in turn, just as likely to make mistakes just like any other profession so it is imperative to handle these problems like the professionals that we are and aspire to be.
