Marlees is in awe of Michelle Obama's very honest Instagram caption. Oh and we were in the Mental Health Top 40 in Belgium who knew!  Then in what we're stuck on this week, we talk GRATITUDE.  Marlees tells how her gratitude practice is born of a feeling of general underapprecation as a (self admittedly dramatic) child and Sierra shares her adulting list. Mariella, Marlees, and Sierra walk through how they practice gratitude, when it can be hard to connect to what you are grateful for (plus how to get through it!) and share some of what they are grateful for.  Sierra and Marlees stage a Mariella's TikTok Corner takeover and discuss their favorite new trend - Ratatouille the Musical. Mariella participates in her very first Stick It or Squash It - she's loving her body, Sierra is learning to love all her clothes (even the ones with bad energy), and Marlees is loving her vegetables.
