Description
Itβs food waste action week. Reducing food waste is a great thing for us all to strive to do, but as someone coming out of dieting and trying to make peace with not having to finish everything on your plate to do this can be quite difficult. It can plunge you straight back into a dieting mentality.
There are many reasons why we might be uneasy about wasting food. Letβs chat about why that might be, and then letβs find ways to reduce food waste without compromising on your intuitive eating habits.
