Description

Today's guest is the amazing Astrid Gyllenkrok Kristenssen

She is the CEO and Co-Founder of LEIA, a Swedish FamTech startup on a mission to reinvent postpartum and parental health for the digital age. Before entering the world of startups Astrid spent 15 years driving digital business development and innovation in executive roles for companies such as CNN and Viaplay. As a Founder and a mother of three she's  passionate about female health and changing the narrative around parental health.

In this episode we talk about parental and postpartum struggles and that 90% of women giving birth will experience mental or physical difficulties. We also cover the lack of data in female health and that Volvo just made the first Crash test dummies with female physiology.

We also talk about the illusion of life work balance and why you should hire mothers. We talk about the importance of finding the right investors because they can make or break you and changing the traditional narrative of success and picture of an entrepreneur.

Hope you enjoy the episode and if it speaks to you it would mean a lot to me if you would follow the show, give it a nice review and share it with your friends.

See you next week and until then hustle smarter, not harder! ⚡️

xoxo Ivana
