Of course one of the biggest is to prioritize the most important outcomes and the biggest return on investments, the biggest ROIs.
And remember to release the expectation that everything is going to work out perfectly. Sometimes things don’t work out exactly as expected the first time, but we have to continue moving forward. I’ll give you an example that happened to me recently. Let’s dive in!
